Negative experience: We were shown an apartment that we were interested in renting, but they had doubts about the price (the one who showed it to us said one price and the office employee said another). We said we only wanted it if it was the lower price of the two, as there was about a €100 difference, and the office employee told us they wouldn't call the owner JUST to confirm the price without us first providing all the necessary documentation to formalize a rental. Absurd.

Fantastic experience: We are very grateful and satisfied with Joaquin's management for the sale of our apartment. They kept us informed of every step taken, and finally, the sale was completed quite quickly. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with in my life, they tried to push a sale on us, and if we fell for it they would ruin us... because what they were selling verbally was completely different from reality. And meanwhile, you are excited about buying a home... Be very careful... because they are very shady pirates... look at everything closely because they will try to confuse you and sell you a property without proper paperwork, etc., just to get rid of the property. I haven't seen these pirates again, not even when I was drunk.

Negative experience: The shady dealings they have with the parking spaces on Monotes street will someday come to light... Some are told that they are not for sale, while others are given appointments to see them. A ridiculous bunch of people.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I was interested in buying an apartment as an investment; I told them I wanted to see several apartments they had listed in a town near Teruel (I would have definitely bought). They told me they would call me when the sales representative could come by. After 3 months, they called me on a Friday to say that the sales representative would come tomorrow, 3 months!! I almost laughed. While I wait for the sales representative to call me, I mention that I want to rent an office they had listed for €150. They tell me that the office is occupied but that they will notify me as soon as it becomes available. After 1 year and 9 months, they send me a WhatsApp message to say it has become available but now it costs €350! I'm shocked. Very unprofessional. The first purchase we made with Joaquín (the owner of the real estate agency) went very well, which is why I decided to trust him again, but apparently, this is going from bad to worse.

Negative experience: Una experiencia muy desagradable, el dueño es un mal educado y desagradable. No lo recomiendo excepto que quieras que te traten mal. Una vergüenza.

Negative experience: BOCHORNOSO Y HORROROSO. Estudiante de ENFERMERIA y trabajadora del SALUD, con nacionalidad española de origen Rumano, después de hacer los papeles y aportar documentación los dueños del piso han dicho que no encajas con el perfil de inquilino que ellos buscan (por una mala experiencia anterior).

Negative experience: Son unos impresentables, quedas a una hora tal dia, y te dicen que te llamaran para comfirmar la cita. Aún estoy esperando la llamada. No tienen vergüenza.

Fantastic experience: Para la compra de un piso, buena atención desde el principio. Puntuales en las reuniones. Buen asesoramiento desde los primeros pasos . Atentos en el tiempo y pendientes de que todo fuera en orden hasta finalizar la compraventa. Cualquier duda que tuviera me la resolvieron con una llamada. Muy ordenados con toda la documentación necesaria y las partes involucradas.

Negative experience: Lamentable. Mi experiencia a sido nefasta. No te hacen caso y se inventan todo, ya que hablas con una compañera y te dice una cosa y luego se lo preguntas al jefe y te dice otra muy distinta. Ocultan informacion. De verdad que huele a estafa. No os fieis. Hay muchas mas inmobiliarias en Teruel que son mas atentos, serios, profesionales, y sobre todo CON GANAS DE TRABAJAR.

Negative experience: Pésima experiencia, quedo para alquilar un piso me dice que soy la. Primera el dia de ver el piso que ya hay gente delante aún asi quedo para ver el piso a las 8 y como veo que no aparece llamo, que tenía cosas que hacer que se había ido me informa su compañera un dia como hoy nevando con un niño pequeño nos hace desplazarnos para nada, su compañera muy simpatica me explica que este chico lleva poco tiempo, aún así nos es la primera vez que me Ocurre con Nival inmobiliarias

Negative experience: Resulto que para alquilar un piso para estudiantes que el curso escolar es de septiembre a junio, queria hacerme pagar desde Julio. Creo que eso no es legal.
