Negative experience: We were renting last year, and they gave us the apartment this dirty, and now they want to charge us a bill of over 400€ without detailing it for the cleaning of the apartment for the new tenants. The photos show how they delivered the apartment to us, and the same real estate agency assures us that there are more complaints about the cleaning company. I have photos showing that I informed their worker about the condition of the apartment; it was their worker who started to disrespect us, saying that we left the apartment in a mess, in those words. I don't think it's a threat to say that we will go to the consumer office for a bill of 460€ for 20 hours of cleaning work when the apartment was already dirty, and we requested the detailed invoice for the cleaning, and they don’t want to give it to us.

Fantastic experience: We have had a very good experience with all the staff we have dealt with. We have been in contact with other real estate agencies in Teruel with whom the treatment has not been as cordial, and I have a very professional image of Bonillo. Thanks to their management, between the first day of the visit and the day of the signing, 2 months and 1 day passed. They got in touch with our trusted bank, found appraisers, and maintained constant communication with the sellers (and believe me, I had questions) not to mention the positive feedback from people I know from Teruel (since I am from Valencia).

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency in Teruel!!!!!! Not because I say so, but because of the reviews and their responses where you never seem to appear in their database. People tend to get bored, look for their real estate agency and give them 1 star. However, this does not happen with other real estate agencies. I was interested in a property a few months ago in San León, they put me on a waiting list to visit it and after not calling me or having any news, I called them a week later and they told me there were already many people interested, including me, and they couldn't even tell me what position I was in.... It's normal that they can't find their clients later.... P.S.: nobody I know speaks well of that real estate agency, you share your experience with them and are amazed at what they tell you. Thank goodness I haven't purchased anything from them....

Fantastic experience: My experience selling an apartment in Villastar has been wonderful, it was a complicated issue but it has been sold in less than a year. I must say that there has always been good communication, the treatment although by phone was always wonderful; I have always felt well informed, and during that time they always contacted me when there was an interesting opportunity. I won't go into details about what I signed with Laura, but they have fulfilled everything we agreed upon in the contract for the sale of what was then my apartment. Without a doubt, I will recommend you, as even though I no longer live in Teruel, I still have friends there. Best regards!!!

Negative experience: They don't care at all when you hire them to sell your home. I know there are people who told them to notify them if something was for sale in a specific area, and they never called them in years. The worst part is that when you start doing their job, advertising and showing your home, and you manage to sell it, you still have to pay them a lot of money for the exclusivity they make you sign. Anyway... By the way, in all the reviews that talk about their terrible service, they respond that "the name does not appear in their database"; maybe it's that they don't even have a database, I wouldn't be surprised at all...

Negative experience: They have rental listings on their website, you call them and they don't have any, they should remove them if there are none. They tell you over the phone if they have any, and when you go, they don't have any. They shouldn't deceive people.

Negative experience: They are xenophobic.. they have a negative attitude towards us, those who are not Spanish... The treatment was very curt and dismissive... They didn't give us any option... we simply needed a rental... and we have a job to respond with... we have two paychecks... but even so they didn't pay us any attention..

Positive experience: We were looking for a student apartment near the university and at a good price. We contacted them and from the very first moment a girl named Paula attended to us very well and was super attentive to everything we said. Very happy with everything.

Negative experience: My son and two of his student friends rented an apartment from this real estate agency. When they arrived in September, it was super dirty. After a lot of complaining, they cleaned it a bit, leaving much to be desired. After finishing the course in June, the return of the deposit was requested. At this point, it is now November, and they have denied it, claiming imperfections. The new tenants, who are also students, tell us that the imperfections are a dripping tap and a socket that hangs a bit, which were already like that and is certainly not an excuse. They take advantage of students and the fact that they live away. We are considering suing them.

Negative experience: That Laura, in a rented property, disregards any problems caused by a tenant to others, all of her clients. At first, she boasts about what she would do and then abandons them and does not fulfill the contract. I would never be her client after seeing how she treats others, zero professionalism. She tells the landlord one thing and the tenants another; it has always been said that a liar is caught before a limping person.

Fantastic experience: A professional and reliable service. Our experience has been very positive throughout the management of Laura Bonillo and her team. They have done everything possible to formalize the purchase and sale, although initially the case was not straightforward, in terms of Property Registration and a plurality of sellers. They provide trust in legal and economic matters. And with a very cordial treatment always. Recommendable.

Negative experience: Fatal. You rent something from them and then they ignore any problem. In my case, I rented a parking space, which I had to pay in cash every month. Additionally, they made me pay a deposit of one month for the garage remote, which stopped working two weeks after I rented it. I mentioned this to them so they could give me the key, and they never did. I was unable to park my car for 2 months. Furthermore, they never refunded the deposit for the remote that never worked. If you want a good real estate agency that can solve the normal problems that arise, this is NOT the one for you.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia con esta inmobiliaria, particularmente con la señora que nos atendió llamada Rosa. Tras una visita nada profesional en la que desconocía, precio y características del inmueble, decidimos finalmente no comprar la casa, tras informar a la señora, nos insulta y nos cuelga el teléfono. Muy poca educación y falta de profesionalidad.

Negative experience: Alquilé junto con mis compañeros un piso con Bonillo. Cuando llegamos, estaba todo sucio, no habían pasado a limpiar como nos dijeron e incluso había por el suelo tirado un aparato dental asqueroso que ni siquiera habían recogido. Cada vez que teníamos un problema con ellos nos ignoraban, hacían mal el papeleo o nos decían que esos problemas DEL PISO no les correspondían ellos. Muy pasotas, irrespetuosas e irresponsables, una falta de profesionalidad enorme. Además, tardaron más de medio año en devolvernos la fianza, tuvimos que poner una denuncia para que esto fuera devuelto y nos cobraron limpieza sin enseñarnos siquiera la factura.

Antes de nada, suelo revisar los comentarios de Google para tener una leve idea de los servicios (me gusta ir a lo seguro), me sorprendió encontrarme comentarios como "cobran 150€ por enseñar un piso". Como me parecía tan raro, llamé, y no era cierto. La final confíe en ellas para alquilar, y en ningún momento me cobraron eso, así que genial xD A parte, la semana en la que comenzaban las clases mi bus llegaba muy tarde. Negative experience: No me atendieron bien por teléfono. La señorita fue algo grosera y no se interesaron en mis necesidades. No volveré a llamar. No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria en absoluto.

Negative experience: La atención al cliente es pésima. Parece que no quieran alquilar los pisos que anuncian, como anti-inmobiliaria 5 estrellas.

Negative experience: Parece absurda la dejadez y falta de atención y aún así es tan cierta como que la voz que hay al otro lado del teléfono no tiene las más mínimas dotes para el trato con otro seres humanos. Sí lo que quieres es que te manden a paseo esta es tu inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Lamentable. No tienen interés en trabajar, dan largas a cualquier tipo de consulta o reclamación. Semanas para publicar un anuncio de alquiler, meses para llevar un contrato a DGA, irresponsabilidad, falta de seriedad. Nos han causado muchos problemas. No la recomiendo en absoluto.

Negative experience: MUY MALA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE El primer día me dejaron en la calle porque llegué 5 minutos tarde (además de que llegué tarde porque tenían puesta la antigua dirección) Llame por teléfono diciendo de que iba en camino y la respuesta fue "yo me voy ya, te buscas un hotel" (de muy malas formas) Se pagan 150€ de gastos inmobiliarios y ni me enseñaron el piso, a la salida me pidieron un video para ver que la habitación estaba en buen estado y deposité las llaves en el buzón. NO VUELVO

Negative experience: He estado 9 meses en un piso gestionado por esta inmobiliaria y menos mal que ya no tengo nada que ver con esta gente. Personalmente Rosa, quien ha tratado conmigo y mis compañeras de piso, no puede ser más antipática, arisca y prepotente. Lo único que les interesa es aprovecharse de los clientes y sacarles todo el dinero que puedan. Edito: Por si fuera poco, me llaman a mi número personal desde distintos teléfonos pidiendo explicaciones, además de pedir a mis ex compañeras de piso que desmientan mi reseña. De traca.

Se han adaptado a mi horario para poder ver los pisos que me interesaban y la limpieza de todos ellos está garantizada con desinfección de Ozono Laura, tras ver las reseñas puedes estar tranquila porque la gente seria y que paga te trata como se sois, serias y resolutivas con los problemas pero los que te dan reseñas malas simplemente son los que dan problemas de cuidado de pisos impagos y son problemáticos de ante mano por lo que no hagáis ni caso seguir como hasta ahora que sois las mejores. Te he llamado desde el teléfono de la empresa, me has contestado y me has dejado un minuto con el teléfono descolgado sin hablar absolutamente nada. He colgado. Te he enviado un mensaje diciéndote que como propietaria quería conocer tu queja (muy humildemente por mi parte) porque es algo que como comprenderás me afecta, y me has bloqueado sin contestación, algo que una persona adulta no hace. Te he llamado de otro teléfono y no me has cogido. Seguidamente me has llamado tu y no me has dejado ni hablar.... me has dicho que no te molestara más y que no te volviera a llamar.... respuesta totalmente respetable pero te digo algo. .....Tu opinión es tu opinión, simplemente quería conocer el trato que según tu te había dado una de mis trabajadoras que, permíteme que ponga en duda......Que mi trabajadora haga su trabajo como debe, y a ti no te guste, no es nuestro problema como comprenderás, en este caso, creo que lo tienes tu.... y por cierto, cobramos por trabajar, y cobramos el 50% de la primera mensualidad, nada mas.....te parece mucho? Pues si dentro de este importe se incluyen todas las gestiones íntegras, enseñaros el piso, haceros el contrato, llevarlo a visar a DGA, ingresaros la fianza, cambiaros lo suministros, y estar pendientes de lo que necesitéis hasta el final del contrato y además es una cantidad que se divide entre todos lo inquilinos... me parece que no es una gran cosa.... en fin. Suerte en lo que hagas y espero que todo esto te haga madurar y que cuando opines, lo hagas con conocimiento de causa y que cuando alguien tiene un problema, como adulto, dialoga..... Negative experience: Muy mal servicio. Empezando por la falta de comunicación y faltas de respeto a la hora de solucionar cualquier incidente. Eso muestra una clara falta de profesionalidad.

Negative experience: No se aseguran para nada que sean gente adecuada los inquilinos. Nos alquilo el piso a una luego vivieron muchos más y una vez hemos recuperado el piso está destrozado.
