Negative experience: Since its opening, I call and they tell me that the person in charge of the real estate sector cannot assist me and that I should call back in 15 minutes. I did so and they tell me that the gentleman is busy and to call back in 10 minutes more or less, which I did again. I call for the 3rd time and ask about a property I am interested in, for which I meet the requirements they ask for, and it turns out they only ask for my name and phone number and if I work. I say yes, and they tell me that’s fine, thank you, they would pass my information to the owner, and if he is interested, he would call me, otherwise, I wouldn’t be contacted. I ask, what details? They barely asked me anything, just my name, phone number, and if I work. They tell me that it’s not up to them, it’s the owners who decide. Well, fair enough. And without more, they thank me and end the call. I didn’t understand anything. For me, very bad, honestly. I don’t know what kind of tenants they want or what else they ask for besides everything: a heart? two kidneys? a five-headed dragon? Terrible. I call back because I was left with a doubt, not convinced by the response, and they tell me they are happy to rent as soon as possible, but it doesn’t depend on them; it depends on the owner, who many times only wants public employees and the like... Life has shown me several times that when someone is going to stop paying and make things difficult, it doesn’t matter who they are. Not everyone is the same; we haven’t been in this country for just two days. Every time, they put more obstacles in this sector.

Fantastic experience: Tas quedar con la comercial de la inmobiliaria y enseñarme un piso en el que estaba interesado, me ha encantado. Se ajusta a lo que yo quería tanto en ubicación como en precio.Luegoellos se han encargado de todo. Ha sido muy fácil.

Negative experience: Veo un anuncio por internet el cual me llama la atención y decido llamar para quedar y ver la casa, hasta ahí bien. La cosa viene cuando me llama la chica que hace las visitas y quedamos con que al día siguiente veremos la casa a las 9:15 de la mañana aún sabiendo tanto ella como yo que el día anterior tenía otra visita y podría quedarsela y aquí no hay problema porque ya conozco eso. La mañana siguiente estoy a la hora que acordamos y decido llamarla 2 minutos antes para que me dé la ubicación exacta y lo único que se limita a decirme y con voz de dormida es que la pareja que la visito antes que yo tenía pinta que se la iba a quedar y como diciéndome que si o si se la quedaba pero a mí me daba igual porque no es seguro y quiero ver la casa a la hora que acordamos, si la veo y se la queda la pareja me da igual pero si no se la queda yo ya la he visto y me puede interesar. Pésimo servicio y eso es no tener ganas de trabajar y esque ya no son las ganas esque es hacerlo mal pero encima me dice que se amolda al cliente, te amoldas a la cama y punto. La gestoría nose que tal es pero la atención de la chica que lleva las visitas es para ir a verla tu solo que vas a hacer más que con alguien que está contratada expresamente para hacer eso y encima lo hace mal. Penoso.

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio, me alquilaron un piso muy sucio (me dijeron que vendrían a limpiarlo antes de que me instalara y aun lo estoy esperando) me pusieron un colchón con manchas de sangre reseca y se negaron a cambiármelo!! Tardaron mucho en devolverme la fianza, después de insistir varias veces, etc... no recomiendo para nada esta inmobiliaria. Una estrella porque no se pueden poner 0

Negative experience: Llamé hace unas semanas para obtener información sobre un inmueble en alquiler y aún estoy esperando a que la persona encargada de alquileres me devuelva la llamada. Obviamente ya no tengo interés en alquilar con ellos.

Positive experience: Buscando piso de alquiler para un amigo le recomendé a GTI, se ha puesto en contacto con ellos, y han llegado a un acuerdo. Buen trato, pacientes y buenas ofertas dentro de como está Teruel en este sector. Me apunto el tanto porque fui yo quien le aconsejé.

Negative experience: Atención pésima...me iban a enseñar el piso, le pido la dirección para entregarla a mi empresa y sin decirme que lo iban a enseñar a más gente, la misma tarde de enseñármelo me dicen que ya está alquilado....informalidad total!
