Negative experience: We are a family, we rented an apartment that previously housed some students, with damages that were not fixed for us, and now that we are moving due to work reasons, after having been there for 2 years and having given proper notice, having paid everything and not having caused any problems for the landlords, they tell us that they will not return the deposit because they need to paint (when we moved into the apartment, it wasn't painted), there are damages on the walls that we have nothing to do with (and even if we did, it's not a reason to keep the full deposit) and then they say the apartment was dirty, when we spent 3 days cleaning it. Additionally, they took more than 30 calendar days to respond about the deposit. They are going to face a complaint.

Negative experience: Because you can't give less than 5, otherwise that would be it. If you don't want to lose half of your deposit, stay away from this real estate agency; they will come up with a thousand excuses to take their commission. I don't know how much the commission is, but they have a good way of taking half of your deposit, that is, from two months one, and we are not talking about 10 euros. They will tell you that it is dirty, after having cleaned it, that they will send you photos, when I entered 8 years ago they didn't take photos of how they handed it to me. As I had already paid to rent it, the ladies were happy. So, in summary, DO NOT RENT WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.

You call them because you are interested in visiting an apartment for sale, you call one day and they tell you that they will take your details and pass them to the sales agents, you call two days later and they respond the same. After two weeks, you send them an email and they don't even reply...

Negative experience: Terrible experience, I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. We felt scammed, they do not return the full deposit, claiming a cleaning bill that we are not responsible for, and which we were not informed about at the time of signing the contract. The apartment was delivered in perfect condition. Clean, with no damage. We cannot say the same when it was handed over to us as there were problems in the bathroom throughout the year. Very poor management. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been very negative. I have been living in a rented apartment from the Valtorres agency for months now. They were responsible for changing the names on all the utilities (electricity, water, gas), and when I noticed that the bill for one of them was not arriving, I contacted them several times. After always receiving justifications from their side, I now have to pay a large amount of accumulated money because they had not made the name change when they should have. Terrible management.

Negative experience: Para empezar les doy una estrella porque no les puedo dar menos puntuación. Básicamente me han estafado. Alquile un piso con otra chica durante 4 meses y no he podido tener peor experiencia, lo peor fue la señora de la inmobiliaria que nos llevo el alquiler, Rosa, nos trató fatal, como si fuésemos idiotas y súper condescendiente siempre .Los propietarios fatal también, no se hicieron cargo de nada del piso, pero se supone que para eso esta la inmobiliaria para solucionar problemas con los propietarios, pero tampoco hacían nada. Para empezar la fianza me la devolvieron descontándome una limpieza del piso que se realizó un mes más tarde de que yo dejase el piso, sin avisar de que se nos iba a cobrar ese cargo y sin informarme de que el piso al parecer estaba en mal estado, porque la señora de la inmobiliaria no nos dijo nada, el propietario ni fue a verlo para decir nada al respecto, y encima el piso se dejo en mejores condiciones de lo que lo entregaron. Entramos al piso sin calefacción ni agua caliente, cuando nos habían prometido que estaría listo cuando entrásemos, nos pusieron una caldera provisional e iba fatal, venían todos los días porque no funcionaba y no arreglaron nada, estuvimos así un mes, y la inmobiliaria no hizo nada hasta que fuimos por tercera vez a quejarnos y hasta tuvimos que amenazar. Luego cuando por fin tuvimos gas a los dos meses nos llegó la factura del gas, de 600€ para un piso de 70 m2 lo cual es una locura, lo reclamamos y solo nos dijeron q nos esperásemos a la siguiente factura a ver si bajaba el consumo, la segunda factura fue de 300€ algo mas normal pero no usamos tanto la calefacción ni el agua caliente como para eso. Había problemas con el piso desde el primer día, y nos dijeron que los arreglarían, nos fuimos y no habían arreglado nada. De verdad no he podido estar peor y encima he perdido dinero y salud mental.

Negative experience: No recomiendo a nadie ir a alquilar un piso a esta inmobiliaria. Nada profesionales. Después de tener el piso apalabrado me contaron un cuento chino que no se lo creen ni ellas. No van con la verdad por delante. Está claro que buscan el interés de su negocio pero trabajan con personas y deberían por lo menos decir la verdad y no enredarte para ver si te interesa otro piso.

Negative experience: Una pésima gestión y falta de palabra. Me enseñan un piso, hay otra pareja por detrás que lo ve más tarde, me dicen que prevalece mi decisión. Le confirmo que me quedo ese piso incluso hago el esfuerzo de entrar antes (como me exlican el propietario va a preferir a quien entre ya). Y resulta que al día siguiente me encuentro con que el piso es para esa pareja, excusando que el que elije es el propietario, estando yo antes y en igualdad de condiciones.

Negative experience: Tras insistir x estar interesada en unas viviendas de alquiler me devuelven la llamada, pero hasta ahí puedo leer, ya no he sabido más del piso que supuestamente estaba disponible y me ofertaron. No es la primera vez que me acerco a esta inmobiliaria, toman nota y si te he visto no me acuerdo. Nada aconsejable, el tiempo es oro.
