Negative experience: I called to buy an apartment, we had the visit, we made an offer that seemed to fit, but then I never heard from them again. They told me they would call to confirm the offer or if we should make a higher offer, but they never answered the phone or replied to my WhatsApp messages (they have read them all because it shows as read shortly after). Their last message was: 'you are first on the list' (because I was the first to call) and they would keep that in mind for the sale. I have been waiting for 3 weeks without hearing from Tere. She is active because I see her activity on WhatsApp, but she has zero interest in giving me explanations. She neither answers the phone nor responds to my messages. A shameful treatment. She told me at the time that she was dedicated to managing homeowners' communities, and she probably has her work well-established because otherwise she would not treat her potential clients this way. I hope this helps potential clients and that they consider our opinion before dealing with her. I see in the reviews that I am not the only one who feels this way. What a shame that there are still people who do not dare to show their face and tell the truth.

Negative experience: I feel scammed, they kept the signed guarantee documents and all the paperwork only to not want to rent me any apartment with a bunch of excuses, they don't answer the phone or WhatsApp, they leave you on read, and don't return calls, they also don't comply with what was agreed nor are they attentive to the customer, without a doubt a disgrace.

Negative experience: I called to ask for information about the apartment and they told me they would call me the next day, but no one called. I called again and sent a message, and the only response I received was that they had deleted the ad.

Positive experience: I went for the worker's menu (14.-¢) and it was good, both the food and the service.

Responden inmediatamente y eso hoy en día pocos administradores hacen....os suena ,ya le llamaremos.....tomamos nota...etc....esto en esta administración de fincas no sucede. Negative experience: Llevo 3 meses viviendo aquí, intentando arreglar los desperfectos que serían cosa del propietario, no me contestan, no cogen las llamadas, al final he tenido que arreglar yo la mayoría de cosas, incompetencia pura, engañado desde el primer momento

Fantastic experience: Son los mejores. Muy atentos a todo. Soy inquilina suya y nunca he tenido ningún problema, al contrario. Eleazar y Teresa son muy amables y cordiales. Atienden genial. Están ayudando a mi madre a encontrar piso. Si hubieran más estrellas, les pondría 10000000. Muy contentos con todo.
