Negative experience: I contacted Daniel to see a 4-bedroom apartment for students. My roommates and I are 25-year-old students from URV. A Russian, a half-English girl, a Catalan, and myself, who is half German. He asked me for 4 guarantors and everyone’s documentation. I replied that at that moment I could only assure him my parents as guarantors. After a few days, resolving the documentation he required, I communicated through the contact number that I had already obtained them. He did not respond. I decided to go to his place and ask him in person. He literally called me a liar. I have tried to be as polite as possible. I have tried to explain the difficulties I have in contacting my roommates and offered to show him the documentation, which I carry on my phone. Besides this lack of tact, I believe he had xenophobic attitudes when I mentioned that one of the roommates is Russian.

Negative experience: They only accept students who do not work and whose parents pay for the apartment. Students who are not that lucky and have to work can't even get their phone answered.

Negative experience: I paid every month without delay. Before I left, I left the apartment spotless, despite some wear and tear due to time. They refused to return my deposit and even tried to deceive/defraud me by charging an additional €150, claiming they had to hire a cleaning lady due to the poor condition of the apartment. To top it off, it was during the COVID era and I was just a simple student, and they didn’t provide any help even though I wasn’t staying in the apartment but in my hometown. They threatened me with the bills, and behaved like a real rude person, being hostile and hurtful during such difficult times. Despite paying 100% of all my utility bills, rent, etc., they tried to deceive me, so I do NOT recommend this property to ANYONE.

Negative experience: A disastrous service from Daniel, we are renting an apartment and every time we have a problem, he either doesn't answer or treats us as if we are stupid. He is rude and very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Fatal!!! I was interested in seeing a house in FLIX because it seemed very interesting to us, and according to the ad that these gentlemen posted and the photos, it could work for us, and it has been for sale for weeks. After sending the contact form several times, they DIDN'T call me or anything at all, so I did it myself, and a rather rude man answered, eager to hang up on me. He even asked me where we lived, I told him, and he responded, 'And you want to go to Flix?' I asked him if there was a problem with the town, and he answered NO, so I asked if we could arrange to go see the house, and he kept stalling me. In the end, it was left that when they went, they would let me know to come down to that town, without agreeing on a specific date or anything. It seems like we have to be available 24/7 in case that man feels like calling me to sell the house. Oh, and it seemed that the only thing he cared about was if I had sent the form, as if the only thing that mattered to him was to get my personal data... Data that I hope he does NOT sell to third parties.

Negative experience: I have been trying to reach them for weeks, and they are ignoring everything. I want to buy a house, and not even that works. After reading the reviews, they have almost done me a favor.

He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and his attention to detail made the entire renting process seamless. We are genuinely pleased with the service provided by Finques Gaia and highly recommend it to others.

Negative experience: My daughter is in a rented student flat. The water heater has an electrical leak with a risk of electrocution. We have been trying to resolve the situation for over three weeks with no response from Mr. Daniel. The solution provided by Mr. Daniel is to disconnect the water heater before turning on the tap. Additionally, Mr. Daniel has a great opportunity to improve his skills in dealing with people.

Negative experience: We have been with this real estate agency for 3 years during which they have treated us disdainfully and when something broke due to use, they NEVER PAID ATTENTION to us and we had to pay for it ourselves. At the time of the deposit, they make any excuse not to return it. BE CAREFUL, THEY DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT!!!

Negative experience: They charged us a month for management, when they never paid us any attention, Daniel even replied to us rudely. The apartment has an insect infestation and at no point did they listen to us, they are now charging us for a faucet that we couldn't make work for 2 years due to limescale and 306 euros for cleaning a ground floor with 3 small bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room. When we rented it, we had to clean it because it was dirty. Now they wanted to change the contract and charge us 600 euros for management again, although it's illegal. We are leaving the apartment because it is small, infested with bugs, and without light. We absolutely do not recommend Finques Gaià, we will report it to OCU and the Chamber of Commerce.

Negative experience: Outside, they show pictures of apartments that can be rented. I went in and asked if they could inform me about the apartments, and they replied that no, they don't have any apartments.

Negative experience: They do not return the deposit and there is little attention to the needs of the tenants.

Negative experience: We had an appointment with them and they left us hanging, I send WhatsApp messages and they leave me on read, UNACCEPTABLE, the worst estates I have dealt with.

Negative experience: I've been trying to get this man to return the deposit for two months... it's true that it should be the owner who returns it, but he is the intermediary (very rude by the way... he hung up on me)

Negative experience: Don't go to Finques Gaia, the gentleman who assists you is a disgrace. You make an appointment and meet with him, and even after an hour later, he made me wait because he had forgotten... Then you rent the apartment and he doesn't pay any attention to the problems you have in it, serious issues like humidity, cockroach infestations, or the boiler not working, etc. Not even a simple message saying 'I'll take care of it.' He completely ignores you. Honestly, his attention and respect towards customers leave much to be desired. I give one star because you can't give zero.

Negative experience: I called to schedule an appointment to see an apartment, and the first thing he tells me is that I need to have a stable paycheck and contract if I want anything. It was super unpleasant to start like this. I indicated that I wanted to see the apartment, and we scheduled for a Thursday at 11:00 AM. This guy NEITHER SHOWED UP, NOR ANSWERED CALLS, NOR RESPONDED TO WHATSAPPS. He kept us waiting for an hour without giving any kind of explanation. It's shameful, embarrassing. It's the worst experience of my life when it comes to renting. If you want to waste your time, this is your place!

Negative experience: This man (Daniel) is a scammer. There were two of us living in an apartment he rented to us in a deplorable state, and he never cared to address the needs of the apartment even with a pregnant woman living there. Throughout our stay, no repairs were made to make the apartment livable; it was an old apartment, and many things were defective due to age. It was impossible to contact the gentleman as he was unresponsive through any means of communication, being very rude even to a pregnant woman by slamming the office door in her face. Regarding the deposit, they take almost the entire amount under the excuse of cleaning costs of up to 200 euros and unjustified repairs; moreover, both the agency gentleman and the apartment owner are brazen as they charged us for services from months when we no longer lived in the apartment. Besides us, there are more people with similar or worse cases. In short... I don’t understand how agencies like this continue to operate under a license.

Negative experience: I know people firsthand who have rented an apartment from him and have ended up getting scammed in a very blatant way. From the beginning, he barely paid attention to the management of the apartment. They have not been clear with the bills, trying to make him pay utility bills that do not even belong to him because he has not been living in the property during that period. The treatment at the office, via phone, email, or WhatsApp is depressing, as they are not interested or do not pay attention, making it impossible to get through. Moreover, the man treats you in a very inhumane manner. He took part of the deposit or almost didn’t return it, as he charged for excessive cleaning costs and things that, in my opinion, do not fall on the tenants since many of the damages in the house are due to age and not misuse. This whole situation leads to a depressing and distressing experience for the person who has been in this apartment during their stay and the end of the contract. Is no one thinking of doing anything about this? If the comments speak for themselves...

Negative experience: Et responc referent a les respostes SOU CURTETS, a varis estudiants de la zona de Tarragona que dius no coneixels… No els hi has tornat la fianza a ningun d’ells y els coneixes molt be, ja que sino no els bloquejas, y et podem demostrar tot el contrari… (contractes, missatges, etc) El mes facil es fer les coses be y no estafar. Nomes amb les teves respostes quan et fan una critica, ja es nota el teu taracna, no dic que no tingui coses bones la inmobiliaria que no ho dubto, pero en aquest casos y amb els estudiants, has actuat molt malament, aixi que et demano publicament, que els hi retornis la fianza y eliminarem tots aquest comentaris. Per cert, com molt be saps com agencia, no has de donarli la fianza al propietari, sino pujarla a INCASOL, y te la retornan al mateix numero que l’ingreses… es a dir la inmobiliaria. Sino es una ilegalitat mes. Y et poso dos estrelles que es molt Gracies Esperem una resposta a tots aquells estudiants que tens bloquejats

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, cuando dejé el piso, el propietario de Finques Gaià me bloqueó en todos los medios de comunicación sin darme ninguna respuesta y nunca me devolvió la fianza.

Negative experience: Lamentable trato por el propietario de las fincas, eres un maleducado y tú trato profesional deja mucho que desear a un futuro cliente no le puedes 1 colgar el teléfono y dejarle con la palabra en la boca tratando de concretar una cita para una visita y 2 en la misma oficina dices que estás desbordado y que tienes pendientes muchos mensajes que contestar y no eres capaz de dar un plazo para una visita y ni si quiera interesarte en pedir un número de teléfono para ponerte en contacto, Sr si está desbordado contrate a alguien para dar un buen servicio, y no se preocupe que trataré de contactar con el propietario del piso en el que estaba interesado para decirle cómo está tratando a un posible inquilino

Negative experience: Nunca antes me habían gritado por teléfono al intentar alquilar un piso, simplemente por pedir un correo en que diga que tengo que pagar XXX euros en concepto de reserva para el alquiler de piso en la "calle XX, de Tarragona". Me ha dicho de todo por teléfono, que soy tercermundista, que no me entero cómo funciona esto, ha sido muy desagradable y maleducado. Yo en ningún momento le he gritado, ni le he faltado al respeto. No entiendo como esta persona puede trabajar para nadie.

Negative experience: OJO ESTAFADOR!, Daniel no devuelve la fianza tras la finalización del contrato de alquiler. Andad con cuidado con gente así… Se le ha insistido varías veces para que nos la devuelva, pero no hemos recibido respuesta o ha dado largas. De hecho, nos ha bloqueado en varios canales de comunicación. Una auténtica vergüenza!

Negative experience: ESTAFADORES. Mucho cuidado, puesto que no devuelven fianza sin motivo alguno y al reclamar dicha cantidad bloquean de WhatsApp y Teléfono con tal de no devolver la cantidad económica. Trato muy deficiente por parte de Daniel durante toda la estancia (es el empleado con el que se tienen los tratos). Quizá acabará en denuncia puesto que no responde ni Correos electrónicos. MUCHO CUIDADO.

Negative experience: Es lamentable que llames para pedir información de un piso de alquiler y sin concretar cita te cuelguen el teléfono, después te presentas en la oficina para poder concretar cita y que te diga que esta desbordado y ni si quiera se quiere apuntar tu teléfono para cuando tenga un hueco poder ir a visitarlo, con muy poca educación y trandonos muy fatal.... NADA RECOMENDABLE. Haré lo posible para que tu cliente se entere por que lleva el piso más de un mes sin alquilarlo con los tiempo que corren...

Daniel, que se señor no te res pero tenim respecte no com ell, li direm sr., a veure com començem esta desagradable experiencia... vam posarmos en contacte en ell fa temps per anar a veure el pis i ens va contesta de males maneres dien que estava de vacanses que no li truquesem mes que sino sen desatenia de tot i ja ens apanyariem, nonposava a cap lloc que estava de vacances i si uesem vist obvio que no esem picat,i ell de males formes tractanmos de tontes ens va explicar de quin dia a quin dia podiem picar, molt be vam cumpliro i vam torna a posarmos en contacte, vam dir que aniriem el dia 30 de mati primer a vore el pis despues si estava netejat i despues firmariem el contracte, pues res que el sr.Daniel no ens a volgut enseñar el pis ni ens a contestat a cap missatge ni trucada ni res, i ens a dit que o dirmavem el pis o mos apañavem, mos a obert la porta i a marxat, volia demanarli el full de reclamacions pero a marxat iau el irresoponsable i ens a deixat alli de males formes i parlanmos malament, no e firmat el contracte perque a marxat, pero esque sense veure el pis tampoc el firmo!! ja que van anar dues noies a veurel i estava molt brut , sols vol dines, maleducat,irresponsable, mala immobiliaria, gents recomandable, espero que sem tornen els meus dines de la fiansa ja que nonpenso firmar cap contracte en cap immobiliaria aixi de irresponsable i que tracte aixi als seus clients, no minteresa el pis, ho sento per lo propietari pero amb una immobiliaria aixi pedra moltes oportunitats.

Negative experience: Daniel es un hombre MUY POCO profesional y muy maleducado. No se preocupa por nada, además de faltarte al respeto y llegar a insultarte por "insistir" en los problemas del piso. He estado 4 años viviendo en Tarragona y sin duda, es la peor inmobiliaria en la que he confiado. Para nada recomiendo que contéis con él, es muy pasota y para solucionar cualquier problema pueden pasar 6 meses. Ahora bien, para temas de dinero sí que contacta contigo rápido. Una vergüenza.
