En segundo lugar comunicarle que el piso se ha alquilado sin problema alguno y con el mismo contrato que firmaron y renovaron por dos veces sus padres durante 16 años, quiero pensar que sus padres estaban contentos, tanto con el alquiler como con el contrato, UD. NUNCA HA SIDO CLIENTE NUESTRO. En tercer lugar UD. hace referencia a una reseña que ha sido borrada por GOOGLE por ser totalmente inadecuada, escrita por su propio hermano, que en circunstancias personales difíciles, que no hace falta mencionar, muy enfadado escribió una reseña que ha sido borrada, además puso la reseña en la empresa equivocada. En el edifico en que sus padres residieron durante tanto tiempo tenemos contratos que se renuevan automáticamente todos, y exclusivamente por voluntad de inquilinos, algunos de ellos llevan más de 24 años, por algo será, además con el mismo contrato de alquiler que el de sus padres, a los que incluso les rebajamos el alquiler en el año 2010 en la última renovación de contrato, por los difíciles momentos que todos sufrimos en la famosa crisis. Por si su hermano no le informó correctamente, una vez finalizado el contrato, sin coste alguno para el inquilino se deja constancia del estado en que se entrega la vivienda, comparándolo con el estado de la entrega, en un informe con fotografías y presupuesto de reposición, por si quiere consultar precios o reparar UD. mismo si cree que son precios abusivos, que no lo son en ningún caso. Por tanto entendemos su reacción como tercero afectado por circunstancias distintas a la de un cliente nuestro. le deseamos lo mejor.
