Negative experience: Horrible, no respetan el orden de lista de interesados y alquilan a quien les da la gana

Servei lamentable, no resolen els dubtes ni els problemes importants a temps quan són urgents El gremi de APIs , haurien de revisar i auditar millor algunes agències, per tal no malmetre el seu prestigi

Negative experience: Bad service in rental management, they do not resolve doubts and it is very difficult to get them to pick up the phone. Not serious, they do not respond to emails, you have to stay very on top of them and follow up.

Negative experience: A complete disaster as a community manager; the numbers should be done correctly, but when you have a major problem in the community that affects your home, they are slow, inefficient, and incompetent. Urgent issues like leaks cannot wait for us to decide on budgets and calls that do not come.

Fantastic experience: Very close, efficient, and professional treatment. They manage the community and we are very happy. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: They take a long time to provide any information and you have to keep on them to get them to notify you about something.

Negative experience: I need to get in touch with one of your clients regarding an urgent leak. I keep calling and they tell me that they are handling it, but days keep passing. They don't understand that the longer it takes, the bigger the damage caused by the water will be. In short, incompetent.

Negative experience: Well, nothing serious, the truth. They don’t respond to emails, you have to stay on top of them. In my case, I requested a payment receipt 10 days in advance since I was coming from outside Tarragona, and on top of charging for it (when they already charge every month for doing their job and it’s a generic template where you just change the apartment number = €62!!!) AND WHEN you get there THEY HAVEN'T DONE IT!!! They kept us waiting for 40 minutes while they did other things.... Now I'm starting to think about the rest of the management and budgets of the community (there are extra charges every 2x3 and for jobs that are left unfinished, like painting the yard). The feeling has been bad. I’m sorry for the staff but I do not recommend it at all. Whether it's August or March, you always have to provide good service.

Negative experience: Te tienen engañado. Cuando llamas, te dicen que no pueden suministrarte información sobre el piso porque la chica a cargo esta ocupada, y dicen que te devolverán la llamada y no lo hacen...

Negative experience: No se implican nada, muy descuidados con las comunidades, y no dan solución alguna.hemos cambiado los ascensores, y desde junio ,cuándo no funciona uno es el otro, y hacen oídos sordos.son unos impresentables en todos los sentidos

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio, nada profesional y muy muy poco transparente con los negocios. Desconfianza absoluta. No saben redactar ni un contrato y lo hacen copiando y pegando de Google. Horrible!

Fantastic experience: He llogat diversos immobles a través d'aquestes finques i la gestió sempre ha sigut impecable. Professional, atenta i ràpida. La Mònica porta la gestió dels pisos com si fossin els seus, i això dona molta tranquil·litat. Per llogar o vendre sempre comptem amb ella.

Negative experience: Hoy día 24de septiembre 2021 dice la locución que están cerradas las oficinas por día festivo y fue ayer 23 de septiembre santa tecla.

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalidad total!!! En mi opinión no deberían dedicarse a este sector. No es normal que te quedes esperando respuesta de ellos, cuando se comprometen en llamar y darte respuesta.....cuando en principio, se supone que los clientes somos nosotros.....y serían ellos a los que les interesa hacer negocio...¿¿¿o no??? Sinceramente, un desastre!!! Nada recomendable!!!

Negative experience: Una pesadilla. Compre un edificio administrado por Fincas Cesar en el 2016. Desde el comienzo estaba claro que son lentos y con muy mala actitud. El edificio que compre tenía 15 viviendas, incluyendo 3 vacías. Tardaron 2 meses en dejarle las llaves e la empresa de limpieza para adecentar los pisos vacios! Aparte de ello, el edificio estaba descuidado y los inquilinos enfadados con la administración. Decidimos cambiar Fincas Cesar por un nuevo administrador, más dispuesto a currar, con mejor precio y sin tanta mala leche, desde entonces genial. La gota que colmó el vaso fue que tuvimos un requerimiento de hacienda sobre el edificio, en el que se pedía información sobre los meses que lo gestionó Fincas Cesar y necesitábamos una información que ellos tenían (hacienda no se anda con chiquitas y te da solo 10 días para responder), hablamos con ingrid tres veces por teléfono, mandamos varios email a Ingrid y a Damaris. De todo ello hace un mes y no hemos recibido ninguna informacion o correo de respuesta por su parte. Lo dicho, un desastre. En su día debía de ser un buen administrador de fincas cuando el Sr Cesar (muy agradable) estaba controlandolo, pero el resto del equipo son de nivel realmente bajo.
