Negative experience: When I left the apartment, they did not return my deposit. They told me it was going towards the last annual garbage bills. Bills that they never charged me. At no point! Despite having requested them numerous times, I never even got to know their amounts. Only if they had billed me and I hadn't paid them, Finques Gasòmetre should have deducted them from the deposit. An outright abuse.

Negative experience: The truth is that our experience was bad when we left the apartment. They charged us cleaning fees that they informed us about extremely late (months), and considering that the apartment is provided with a quick facelift and then you see that it has temporary fixes (botched jobs) that you can only discover once you live there (poorly installed shower seals with mold in the less visible areas, broken trim stuck with tape on the cabinets and doors, loose seals on the oven, burned-out hood light, broken toilet chain that we fixed ourselves...), you don't know to what extent it is your fault (in fact, I took pictures when I realized these issues upon moving in but my phone broke and I lost them). We were also offered to store the furniture we didn't need (very nice of them), but then they stored a mattress that was in the apartment and when we left, they claimed it back because they didn't even remember having stored it. The truth is that we couldn't clean the apartment when we left because I had foot surgery 2 weeks before the move, but that shouldn't be a reason for not informing us of all the cleaning and maintenance costs within 6 months, and not responding to emails in a timely manner and when they do respond, to solve nothing and be unpleasant. So you end up wasting your time, when this information legally should have been provided a month after the keys were handed over at the latest.

Negative experience: Everything was fine until you leave the apartment (which we received in regular conditions) and demand the part of the deposit that is due to you. After they send you the breakdown, all you get are excuses and waits, messages that go unanswered, and more waiting. They wash their hands of it, saying it is a matter for an owner you never even get to meet. A lack of professionalism is what summarizes their service, and to this day, more than 6 months later, they are still dodging every message and I have not received a single euro of the +200 € that they themselves said we were going to get back. An absolute disgrace. Edit: In the end, it turned out that their nonexistent professionalism caused a misunderstanding, as they sent me the breakdown of the deposit halfway and took nothing less than 6 months to clarify that I was actually missing part of that bill. You are very pathetic even defending yourselves with arguments that are irrelevant. I never said that the apartment was in exemplary condition when I left it, but I also never asked for any money that you did not say was mine. You are deceitful and usurers, professionalism is completely absent in this company. Your lack of attention makes me want to report you for the misinformation you handle, what you transmit is shame and disgust, I hope your business goes bankrupt due to your lack of attention, that is what I wish for you!!!

Negative experience: Agency to avoid. I rented an apartment with them for a year, and every time I had a problem, I had to insist on receiving at least one response. In the end, they also found excuses to keep part of the deposit.

Negative experience: Fa uns mesos, tenia aparaulat un pis amb ells i vaig començar els tràmits habituals (banc, etc.). De sobre van deixar de contestar mails i telèfon i al cap d'uns dies, al passar físicament per l'agència per demanar explicacions em van dir amb molt males maneres que l'havien venut a una altra persona. Molt POCA PROFESSIONALITAT, no te'n pots enfiar. AGÈNCIA A EVITAR SI NO VOLEU MALDECAPS I MALES SORPRESES!!!

Negative experience: Cada vez que tenían que hacer un trámite tenía que llamar 20 veces, a veces ni me cogían el teléfono. Mi experiencia fue muy desgradable. Alquilé el piso ya que cuando me los enseñaron parecieron muy dispuestas pero fue un horror, ya que al mínimo problema fueron muy desagrdables. Además me contestan que tuve una mascota sin haberlo avisado cuando sí que lo avisé y así figura en el contrato.

Fantastic experience: Es la segona vegada que treballem amb FINQUES GASOMETRE i ha estat sempre una experiència molt positiva. Molta profesionalitat i confiança a l'hora de gestionar la compravenda de la nostra casa.

Negative experience: Vam alquilar un pis/estudi el febrer / març de l'any passat, Hi vam estar uns 8 mesos, el pis no era gran cosa y estaba bastant escaldat, pero era relativament barat y no ens podiem permetre molt més. El pis tenía una parquet que estaba bastant desnisvellada, el terra del lavabo estaba esquerdat y la part de darrere del WC feia una mica de por (estaba encimentada sense cap tipus de rajola), la vitrocerámica estaba bastant cremadeta y la rentadora no acaba de ferfer funció de rentar, la porta tenía una part baixa que estaba feta de diferentes peces de ciment trencades enganchades amb silicona. Al deixar el pis vam estar uns dies netejant bastant a fondo, habiem tacat el sofa sense voler, la meva parella es va sentar después de decolorar se el pel, y va tacar la funda que habiem comprat y per desgracia va tacar tambe el sofá, Com que había llegit per aquí que no solien tornar la fiança , vaig preferir no portarlo a una tintorería y dir que el que costes ho descontesin de la fiança. Conclusió, no hem volen tornar la fiança, cosa que sincerament ara mateix ja hem dona igual. Sol se que si estás buscant alquilar un pis, jo no era recomenaria Finques Gasometre.

Negative experience: Francamente son unos ineptos...

Negative experience: Molt mala experiència amb Finques Gasòmetre. Em van llogar un pis que tenia goteres, tot i saber-ho no em van avisar. Després de dues setmanes vivint al pis em van comunicar que havia de marxar, ja que havien aprovat fer unes obres al terrat de l'edifici, afectant-me de ple, ja que era el pis superior de l'edifici. En cap moment em van avisar que l'edifici estava pendent d'unes obres d'aquest tipus i que, en cas que s'aprovéssin, hauria d'abandonar el pis. Unes obres que havien de durar 1-2 mesos màxim, van trigar 6 mesos. Ningú responia ni donava la cara per no haver informat de la situació i eren incapaços de dir-me quan durarien les obres relament. Un cop finalitzat l'any de contracte vaig marxar del pis. Tot i així, no van canviar els subministraments de nom, fet pel qual van estar diversos mesos cobrant-me les factures d'aigua, tot i tenir un nou inquilí al pis. Vaig haver d'anar a l'agència en persona a reclamar l'import de les factures en efectiu. Molt mal tracte al client i poca transparència. Després dels mesos de maldecaps que em van fer passar, no recomano aquesta agència a ningú.

Negative experience: Son peores en Tarragona, mejor nadie no tienen que trabajar con esta finca

Negative experience: El piso que he alquilado desde hace algunos meses está gestionado por esta Agencia Inmobiliaria. Mi experiencia es bastante mala, por no decir pésima: me han engañado al alquilarme un piso que no reúne condiciones de habitabilidad, la gestión cotidiana de las cuestiones que pasan en el piso y en el edificio es prácticamente inexistente, no me han permitido nunca poder poner las facturas de los servicios de luz y gas a mi nombre, no limpian la escalera del edificio en tiempo y forma, me ha costado mucho poder tener a disposición mi buzón, me ha llevado varios correos electrónicos poder tener a mi disposición las llaves del terrat del edificio. En fin, un cúmulo de situaciones a las que he tenido que enfrentarme con paciencia y presentando quejas, algunas de las cuales nunca respondidas ni siquiera las enviadas mediante buró-fax. No recomiendo, en absoluto, que propiedades y usuarios/usuarias contraten a esta agencia para sus trámites inmobiliarios.

Negative experience: Me alquilaron un duplex en la part alta de Tarragona hace un par de años. En el momento de abandonarlo me dedujeron de la fianza ilegalmente unos 250 euros en concepto de limpieza - cuando dejé el duplex más limpio de lo que me lo dieron y además el contrato no estipulaba que yo me tenía que hacer cargo de la limpieza - y facturas que ya estaban pagadas. Me comuniqué con ellos por escrito para que solucionaran el tema en varias ocasiones. Me dijeron que ningún problema, pero no lo solucionaban. Continué insistiendo hasta que dejaron de responder a los emails. Al final, me decidí a demandarles y sometí antre los Juzgados de Tarragona un proceso monitorio reclamando la cantidad. 15 días antes de la fecha del juicio me llamó el abogado de Doña Rosalia Ripoll - la administradora - para pagarme la cantidad. Tuve suerte, porque soy abogado y el escrito me salió gratis, en caso contrario, habría perdido los 250 euros o me los habría gastado en pagar a alguien para que redactara la demanda, como supongo, habrá sido el caso de muchos otros.
