Negative experience: It's regrettable that you are not telling the truth and publishing something as serious as claiming that I have insulted and threatened you. You think that by writing this false accusation you can justify yourselves, nothing more than reaffirming your way of working and treating customers.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. I confirmed on a Wednesday that I was keeping a rental apartment, speaking with Yeva over the phone and sending WhatsApp audio messages to document this. I prepared the documentation, but due to personal reasons, I couldn’t send it until Saturday when I got home. I found out that they had offered and reserved it for someone else on Friday. They didn't even call me; they simply sell to the highest bidder, caring very little about what that apartment means for a family and especially for a daughter. I called them to ask for explanations and I realized even more how little serious and reliable they are, justifying that the 'market is like this.' Excuse me?? What happened to people's word? Yeva's literal response via WhatsApp to my anger (she didn't even bother to call me) is 'confirming to me that you were keeping it via an audio is not signing the reservation.' Thank you very much for leaving me without an apartment, gentlemen. I only hope that more difficult times come for you and that you will finally provide a service that is up to par.

Negative experience: Terrible agency. Rents dirty houses. Unkept promises. To leave a house on Calle Fuster 8 in Catllar, we had to pay a lawyer. No consumption at any time, not even when leaving the house. A FATAL experience of only six months and many expenses. Maximum attention and no trust.

Negative experience: Very poorly, I made a higher offer but they didn't want me to leave a deposit on Friday and sold it quickly to a friend of the owner for less money, signing the deposit the next day Saturday afternoon. And in front of me, there was another couple interested. Everyone can sell to whoever they want. But there's no need to crush dreams or hopes.

Negative experience: Yeva: a friendly but unprofessional collaborator. Many promises, no concrete results. A dirty house, important to rent at any cost and the 'second importance' conditions are fatal. A SHAME. A clean house is offered...... but.... We paid 1,900 Euros in El Catllar. It’s true that you don’t know the cleaning girl BUT you confirmed to check everything well before our arrival. You checked NOTHING. A DECEPTION. The agency: 'We will do everything ourselves' and in the end, they did nothing.

Negative experience: Very bad, they asked me for a deposit of €1,339 to hold the place for 15 days and then I asked them to hold it for 10 days and they said yes, but they didn't do anything and they took my deposit. This lack of seriousness is not normal.
