What a shame that I had to call incidents that are not related to that just so that at least that woman treats me with politeness and passes my message to you. They ask for documentation before being able to make any visit. Considering this, one expects decent service, but in this case, nothing to see. After visiting, they tell us that an apartment is still available, and we inform them that we are interested in renting it, and they reply that they will discuss it with the owner and confirm with us. We hear nothing more until we contact them again because the apartment has disappeared from the website. They tell us it's because it has been reserved (not by us) and that it is between other candidates and us. A piece of information that they never communicated to us at any moment. They keep giving us the runaround, saying they 'cannot contact the owner', only to end up saying that we are eliminated in an ambiguous message. They have completely wasted our time. Besides, it's easier to contact Obama.

Not only did they charge the 4% + VAT commission in advance for the management of the apartment sale, but they also took more than 3 weeks to transfer the remaining money from the deposit. He had to claim his money every day and wait patiently when all he received were responses that sounded more like excuses than truth, and on top of that, they have been speculating with HIS money for over three weeks. It would have been nice if they had acknowledged that they made a mistake and sent the transfer to another account. A SHAMEFUL management that makes us never want to work with them again. REAL ESTATE NOT RECOMMENDED. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM AND SERIOUSNESS.

Negative experience: Very poor communication over the phone. They speak to you with a lot of arrogance as if you should know all the characteristics of the premises you're inquiring about. On a first call, I requested information about a location and they didn’t want to assist me further. They told me to request information through the location search form and they would get in touch with me. If I call directly, what does it cost to take my details and call me back when they can? Finally, they called me to 'provide information', and I found a lady talking to me with a lot of arrogance, giving me the impression that the last thing she wanted was to show interest in renting a premises. If I call to request information, it should not be assumed that I know there are two identical premises but with different prices in the same square, that there is a difference between them and that my activity cannot be carried out there because the upstairs does not meet the minimum height requirement (put this information in the ad and let's not waste time). Reading other reviews, thank goodness we didn’t make any deals as problems would surely have arisen.

Negative experience: It is an unreliable and serious company. They asked me for personal documentation in advance. I sent it, we agreed on a visit. I went to the visit. They told me to wait for a response. And almost a month has passed. They haven't even bothered to say yes or no. I write to them and they leave me on read. Negative experience: Before they assist you for a possible rental, they ask for sensitive information (payroll, certificates, etc.) without considering the protection law or the possibilities of fraud, and they justify it as a company policy for the last 30 years!!! In an online manner without protection!!! Watch out!!! Where is the protection of the tenant?? I do not recommend... there are correct ways to carry out the procedures according to urban leasing law.. what can you expect afterwards??

Negative experience: This agency asks for ALL YOUR DOCUMENTATION EVEN before scheduling a visit, not only is it ILLEGAL, but they lose reliable clients with a totally abusive practice, with the aim of working on the property as little as possible. It's a kind of regional tyranny.

Negative experience: Call from the first one about a rental apartment in Tarragona. They uploaded all the documentation for nothing. They didn't even give me a chance to visit. A full rejection ruled by their criteria. When Sole, the salesperson, had told me that I could go visit it without any problem. Para coger el dinero el funcionamiento es ágil, pero para devolverlo nefasto, fuera de los periodos establecidos por ellos mismos, y con precios de limpieza desorbitados. Por retirar un jabón y productos de limpieza comunes en cualquier casa, los precios los inflan a 93,90€. No recomiendo a NADIE esta inmobiliaria.

Mientras estábamos arquiladas casi todo bien, pero para devolver la fianza nos ponían excusas y excusas, finalmente logramos que se nos devolviera, tras insistirles y fuera de los plazos que ellos nos habían dicho. La frase inicial de aquí nos importáis tanto el arrendador como el arrendatario, resulta ser mentira. No se vi el piso en nuestra presencia por tanto, apareció una colcha manchada que ni se había utilizado de la cual nos cobraron tintorería y la nueva. Durante el período en el que estuvimos arquiladas se ensucio la cerrada por unas obras arriba y no mandaron a nadie a limpiarlo (son los administradores de toda la comunidad). No se la recomiendo a NADIE

Negative experience: Mi madre y yo estábamos buscando pisos de alquiler en Tarragona centro, por lo que estábamos llamando a bastantes agencias inmobiliarias. Coincidió que mi madre llamó a esta inmobiliaria y la chica que le atendió, cuyo nombre no sé, fue una total maleducada. Yo misma fui testigo de cómo se rió e imitó a mi madre cuando, a la pobre de tan saturada que estaba con el tema pisos, se trabó un momento al hablar (cosa que le pasa a todo el mundo). En definitiva, algunas personas no saben trabajar de cara al público. Espero que la chica mejore su comportamiento o que os atienda gente más profesional. Suerte.

Negative experience: Estoy buscando local para alquilar en Tarragona. Contacto con un formulario típico de Habitaclia o alguna web de estas, me llama Rosa de Mare ens (la verdad es que no sabia que era Marebens quien gestionaba este alquiler y si lo llego a saber quizás ni hubiera contactado). Me pone todas las pegas para visitar un local,me da cita para dentro de 5 días. Este lunes me llama para decirme que han alquilado el local que quería. Contacto de nuevo a través de formularios de otras webs y llamo de nuevo a Rosa a por otros locales. Ella no está y me llama cuando puede Me pone todas las pegas del mundo para enseñame locales que según ella requieren de una gran inversión para entrar (ni que supiera ella mi proyecto y mi poder adquisitivo). No recomiendo en absoluto que alquilaría algo aquí ni que pongáis vuestro piso o local en alquiler en esta finca. Psico buscando locales y sobretodo si me toca pagar el mes de la agencia que sea alguien competente.

Negative experience: El trato de alguna comercial dejó mucho q desear. Me dejó clarito q la distincion por clases aun se lleva. Eso si, estoy hablando de una experiencia personal de hace 8-10 años.

Negative experience: Muy atentos hasta que reciben la paga y señal. Entonces te muestran el contrato, que es una salvajada y no es negociable, pero ya no puedes escapar ya que tienen la paga. Desde el punto de vista del inquilino, el peor contrato de alquiler que he sufrido en años.

Negative experience: Llame por teléfono porque estaba interesada en un piso que tenían anunciado en habitaclia , la verdad que tuve que llamar más de 15 veces por teléfono ya que nadie me lo cogía ni devolvían las llamadas . Cuando por fin me pongo en contacto con ellos me atiende una señora y cuando le pregunto por el piso en cuestión no me avisa de que este está reservado sin antes hacerme una entrevista y saber cómo me gano la vida yo y mi pareja ... Se ve que no le gustó demasiadoy nos dijo que lo sentía pero que ese piso ya estaba reservado .... Algo que me extrañó bastante que me no me dijera antes del cuestionario de preguntas. Elgantemente m dijo que si quedaba disponible nos avisaría y hoy vuelvo entrar en Habitaclia y veo que han actualizado el anuncio ya que no está alquilado . Me parece bastante vergonzoso y poco profesional que se nieguen a enseñarme un piso por el simple echo de ser camarera en tiempos de covid Cuando llevo9 años en la misma empresa . En fin son unos casitas y unos vagos que prejuzgan a la gente por una triste llamada telefónica...

Negative experience: Poca y mala atención. Les preguntamos sobre dos pisos y a ambos les puso "pegas". Sobre uno de ellos recalcó varias veces que tenía la terraza de un restaurante debajo pero insistimos el verlo igualmente. El día de la visita concertada a los dos pisos, casualmente no trajo las llaves del mencionado porque estaba pendiente de reforma (tampoco se nos informó de la reforma cuando hablamos el día anterior). A pesar de tener la visita concertada y confirmada, nos quedamos sin verlo sin previo aviso. Nos ha transmitido falta total de ganas e interés.

Fantastic experience: Molt professionals a la hora d'ensenyar el pis, crec que tenen una bona relació amb els preus de les vivendes i si tornes el pis en bones condicions no posen pegues a l'hora de tornar la fiança, molt content amb aquesta inmobiliaria. Negative experience: Horrible trato por parte de la comercial, busco anuncios, me llaman, hago preguntas, me dicen q me informaran de todo y no me vuelven a llamar más, vuelvo a solicitar info de un inmueble, me llaman y me dicen que ya lo tienen reservado con paga y señal y después de 10 días sigue el anuncio del inmueble en las apps de búsqueda, llamo yo y se niega a atenderme, me dice que no tienen nada disponible para mí, cuando hay un montón de cosas de lo que busco q lo tiene esta inmobiliaria! Aparte de lo desagradable que llega a ser la atención al público y faltando el respeto. Jamás me he encontrado algo ni similar! porsupuesto iré a poner una hoja de reclamaciones y me encargaré de que se enteren las apps de búsqueda de vuestro comportamiento! Por culpa vuestra no podemos alquilar nada y encima quien lo haga querréis llevaros vuestra comisión por la cara. No tenéis vergüenza! Desde luego si vuelvo a ver un piso q lo lleve está inmobiliaria prefiero pasar por completo y seguir buscando.

Negative experience: Son unos auténticos sinvergüenzas. Una empresa creada para la estafa inmobiliaria. Empiezan con cargos (al inquilino, por supuesto) en cada mensualidad, aunque en el contrato no figuren. Siguen con subidas del IPC que no se corresponden. Y para terminar, me dijeron que no me devolvían la fianza por orden de la propietaria, que resultó no saber nada, con un informe falso y sin anexar los recibos de los gastos que me querían cobrar. Me querían devolver 0 €... Y esto sin mencionar la nula comunicación (no responden mails, dan largas al teléfono, etc). O es muy bueno el piso o no vale la pena cogerlo con esta gentuza. El tal Sadurní el peor de todos. Mentirosos y ladrones. Edito para añadir una foto porque me están diciendo que no es cierto. No debe ser cierto ni mi queja de no devolución de fianza, ni la de 4 personas más que he leído en estas reseñas... Si os llega un informe así de estos piratas, que sepáis que tenéis un problema. Yo por mi parte ya he puesto la denuncia a Consumo.

Negative experience: La atención de los comerciales es pésima, ademas que cuentan con contratar un piso a una persona que gane 2000€ con un contrato fijo, algo que conseguir es una utopía en estos tiempos, podrian ser un poco mas flexible y discriminar menos a los de abajo!!!

Negative experience: Desagradables,aprovechados y muy poco profesionales, la liquidación de las facturas finales estaba mal hecha y no me quisieron devolver una fianza por haber dejado unos vinilos sin despegar de una pared, pedí la factura de la reparación y me enviaron una sin número de factura, el piso cambió de agencia entre medias y volví a solicitar la factura a la nueva agencia y me enviaron otra de la misma empresa que supuestamente había hecho la reparación pero con un importe diferente a la primera! también sin número de factura obviamente... Con todo esto fui a juicio y lo gané, me devolvieron la fianza completa y el juez dictaminó que la liquidación de las facturas (que había hecho marebens) era incorrecta, yo siempre recomiendo no hacer gestiones con esta agencia ya que mi experiencia no fue buena.

Negative experience: La señora que enseña pisos está amargada no. Lo siguiente. No sirve para trabajar de atención al cliente está clarísimo. La de la agencia que contesta al teléfono otra igual no se si serán hermanas. Fatal. Mi familia y yo nos quedamos alucinando. Quise ver un piso y me dijo que estaba medio reservado y por otra agencia lo vi el mismo día y no me dijeron nada..al ver sus actitudes recibí buscar opiniones y obviamente no soy la única. Ni la última obviamente. Me alegro de no alquilar con ellos. Cuando veo un piso que le gusta y veo que lo llevan ellos mira prefiero no cogerlo que volver a tratarlos La señora que nos atendió muy mal es MARISOL. Y la del teléfono lo desconozco

Negative experience: Encontré un trato que para nada fue satisfactorio. Alquilas un piso y pagas para que te mimen y no para que te traten con total indiferencia

Negative experience: Atención horrible por teléfono por una mujer muy antipática que no te deja ni acabar la frase.

Negative experience: Poco profesionales. Firma de inventario en agencia (no en el piso). Aceptan condiciones poco formales con respecto a los propietarios (luz y gas a nombre de antiguos inquilinos o empresas... un poco oscuro el asunto), aunque la gestion del piso despues de la firma la llevaba la propia agencia. Poco serios tanto en el proceso de devolución de llaves como en la justificación de gastos. Es curiroso que no estén adheridos a la asociación de immobiliarias (por algo será).

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, después de esperar un mes en recibir la fianza, sin noticia ninguna, me han mandado hoy una factura que está super hinchada y que supera el 1000eur en reparaciones inexplicables, una exageración indignante, cuidado que no devuelven la fianza!
