Fantastic experience: Joaquín took care of my purchase, making everything easy for me.
Negative experience: I give 1 star as I can't give less. Apartment sold by Pedro, I asked if the water and electricity installation was renovated, to which he assured us it was even on the day of the sale, and the pipes have leaks and are made of lead, resulting in the parquet and wall having damp. There was no light in one of the rooms. He informed us they would leave us a new sofa, better not to say how it was due to the damp.

Negative experience: I give it one star because I can't give -5. It's impossible to see the apartments they have for sale. The first one, on C/Higini Anglès in Tarragona, I was stood up without notice. They rescheduled with Joaquin and 30 minutes before the appointment, they cancel it. The second one, on C/ San Miguel, I'm waiting on a Thursday for Pedro to call me. He never calls. And after two months, after I kept asking at the office, I manage to get the receptionist to schedule me. She calls me the same day to cancel because it's rented. I think they are not serious and irresponsible. I'm not here to waste time.

If you're reading this, don’t think I’m a 'hater' or that I’m here writing out of boredom, generally, I wouldn’t waste my time leaving a bad review since I reserve them to highlight or reward the professional who has helped me, and that’s not the case. This review is for THOSE WHO ARE THINKING ABOUT GOING TO TECNOCASA C/CRISTOFOR COLOM TARRAGONA and to spare you the unpleasant experience they made me go through, particularly pointing out the person who leads the office, Mr. Ricard, who claims to have aspirations, as he ensures all his clients know, to open more franchises, specifically the next one located in Cambrils. Let me recite the list of inconveniences I suffered with this individual, not just in one management, but in the BUYING and SELLING of properties: 'DON'T WORRY, TRUST ME, JUST LEAVE IT TO ME'. 1- IT WAS NOT SOLD FOR THE MINIMUM PRICE they guarantee in their preliminary study. 2- Once the deposit was signed, WE FOUND OUT WE HAD TO LEAVE THE FURNITURE to avoid the possible buyer slipping away, WITHOUT CLOSING A LIST to prevent future misunderstandings, ACCORDING TO HIM, it’s an unnecessary procedure and HE HANDLES talking and managing these negotiations. He is a person of A LOT OF HONESTY and great WORD. 3- ON THE DAY OF THE SIGNING for the sale, HE DID NOT SHOW UP; he called me to say he had a more lucrative sale of a penthouse and that ANYONE from the office would accompany me instead. 4- ALSO ON THE DAY OF THE SIGNING, before I even arrived at the bank, he called me to REVIEW HIS FEES and warned me to PAY HIM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE since HE JUST BECAME A FATHER and had many expenses. 5- AT THE LAST MINUTE ON THAT SAME DAY, he called me saying he had taken the furniture and UNJUSTLY ACCUSED ME without believing my word, but HE BELIEVED THE BUYERS FIDELITY. 6- THE APARTMENT HE IS SELLING ME, for which I already made a deposit, HAS ISSUES IN PROCESS with community and owner insurance that WE DID NOT KNOW about until we moved in without being informed at any point. 7- UNFORTUNATELY, HE HAD ALREADY ENSURED TO CHARGE FOR ALL HIS SERVICES, BEWARE, that once you sign the authorization sheet and deposit, THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THEIR FEES EVEN WITHOUT FINALIZING THE SALE/BUY PROCESS at the time of the signing, where none of the two times did he show up. BE CAREFUL, ALL VERBAL AGREEMENTS CAN BE REVOKED AT HIS CONVENIENCE, YOU WON'T HAVE A WAY TO DEFEND YOURSELF. 8- He will kindly offer that you have the option to pay fees in cash, AND THIS WAY YOU SAVE THE VAT, BUT HE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT. I PAID THE VAT, REQUESTED A BILL, AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR IT. 9- At the signing of the deeds, the notary will surely inform you that the IBI (property tax) is prorated based on the time you have been in the property, to distribute the expenses equally between buyer and seller. Fair and legal, YOU WILL ACCEPT AND SIGN IT, IT'S CONVENIENT FOR EVERYONE, but if you have already paid the annual receipt, FORGET ABOUT THAT MONEY because he will not fight to get it back for you. 10- Better not to go into details, as this would get very long. Any sensible person would consider the purchase of their first home as a dream or at least an event of some importance in their life; for me, it was going to be something momentous; I HOPE YOU DON'T ***** THE EXPERIENCE, I have learned a good lesson about cunningness and blabbering.
Good afternoon, first of all, thank you for your review, although the office does not share your opinion at all. It is not our pleasure to respond, as we believe there is no 'winner or loser,' but we must do it... because we do not want our clients to have a wrong idea about us. You say you don't usually leave negative reviews, well, six months ago you left a negative review at the McDonald's drive-thru.... So I believe you are not speaking to us sincerely anymore... Anyway... we will address all your concerns: 1. Your property had been on sale for over a year when we saw it, and it was listed at a price of 69k. You mentioned that the agency managing it had signed the promise twice, and just as the closing was approaching, the buyers could not proceed and left you with your belongings already packed in boxes. At the time of appraising the property, we mentioned that we would list it for 68k and would listen to the best offer, considering it was a flat that had clearly been burnt out from being listed for so long. 2. When we found a financially viable buyer within just one month of management, they offered 65k with the furniture. After negotiating to improve the proposal, we managed to exclude some of the furniture so you could take some with your approval. With our colleague Zeid present, for whom you have also given a 5-star review, we agreed on which furniture would stay and which would not. In no case do we negotiate after the promise, as it would not make sense. 3. Before the signing day, we asked if it was okay for me to be absent, as I had another complicated signing in Torredembarra, and everything was clear on your side. You accepted without a problem, as you were accompanied by the most experienced agent in the office and the two people responsible for the mortgage processing from the buyer's side, who did it with our own financial department. 4. We had the right to collect our fees on March 14, which was not collected because you needed the money to pay the deposit for the property you were purchasing. We understood that and acted accordingly. The signing took place on April 28, which meant we waited a month and a half to be paid, and at no time was any claim made before that date. So logically, it wasn't just 2 days. On May 4, we simply called to ask if the transfer had been made, among other issues.... And of course, AT NO TIME WAS IT SAID THAT I NEEDED THE MONEY AND EVEN LESS THAT I NEEDED IT FOR MY CHILD, anyone who has been a parent knows that they would never use their child, especially not for money. Lying in these matters not only seems unethical to us but also a disrespect to us. 5. When the buyers arrived at the property, they rightfully got angry because you had not fulfilled your part of the deal and sent me a video of the furniture that was left behind. I, of course, believed the buyers because they sent a video upon arriving at the property, and it was clear that your action was not in good faith, as you did not leave even the ceiling lamps, and in some rooms, you didn't leave even the light bulbs. 6. Before we start with this point, we want to highlight that since it was a buy-sell transaction, we managed to have the property owner allow you to enter the property by just signing the promise contract. Anyone reading this knows how complicated it is to let buyers into your newly remodeled property without signing a deed before a notary. We also want to highlight that you bought a newly remodeled property, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on the 4th floor with an elevator, in the center of Torreforta for ONLY 115k. WE CAN'T FINISH ANSWERING EVERYTHING AS GOOGLE LIMITS US TO 4000 CHARACTERS. RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW AND WE WILL RESPOND WITH THE SECOND PART...

Negative experience: Comisiones estratosfèricas fuera de época y lugar. Piensan que estan en el boom inmobiliario de antaño. Ocultan información transcendente del inmueble.

Negative experience: El trato muy mal, mucha prepotencia. Ocultan información y la comisión es exagerada. Las fotos fueron tomadas de forma pretenciosa ocultando defectos que tenía el piso.
