Fantastic experience: Finding a flat in seville can be a real challenge, especially if you are foreign (no guarantor) and have limited Spanish. However, Raquel and Maria both went out of thier way to help me, even though my communication skills were limited. I was unable to get the first flat I wanted, but Raquel found me an a better alternative and I signed the lease 1 week later! I also had an issue with a couple of the words in the lease, but Maria quickly rectified it and ensured all my needs were met. Highly recommended. (I thought Id write this in English to help out others who find themselves in the same position as me)

Negative experience: A true disgrace of a real estate agency. I am writing this review so that no one else has to go through what we have experienced: we rented an apartment and learned a few days later that the fees we were charged are completely illegal, as this is the responsibility of the landlord, who is being charged the same amount as us. The employee, whose name I won’t mention because I have more education than she does, is lying to both the owner and me, telling us completely different versions and making us believe the opposite. On our part, we have tried to resolve it amicably but she refuses to accept that she has scammed us, so there will be other measures and this will not be left as is. In summary, a real estate agency ZERO recommendable.

Negative experience: I have to give one star because less is impossible. On top of that, you have to chase after them all the time for anything. I have been waiting for two months for them to resolve issues. They have tried to manipulate me repeatedly; every time you complain, they make it seem like they are doing you a favor for things that are obvious. I had to take a day off from work because they didn't give me any other option to pay, as it has to be in person and in cash. Furthermore, I was going to pay on an earlier date and I was not informed that there would be no one in the office that day because it was a holiday. Additionally, when I requested a complaints form (having notified them beforehand that I would request it), they tried to make me leave without it being signed and stamped, and they were making comments in the air (directed at me) while I filled out the form. Besides this, without stamping it, they 'warned' me that my deposit would then take much longer to arrive. Be very careful with them.

We understand that you experienced difficulties contacting us due to the current high demand. We have maintained constant communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls, mainly related to the incompatibility of your work schedule with ours. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00, which has made it difficult for you to come in person to resolve issues requiring in-person management, such as contract settlements. Regarding the mentioned incidents, specifically the microwave that was not working properly, we forwarded the request to the owner. However, we understand that you chose not to address it due to your move to Madrid and lack of use of it. We regret if our intention to facilitate management was interpreted differently. We have always sought to provide the best possible service, considering that we do not operate on weekends or holidays. We offered you the option to leave the keys at the building's concierge, available 24 hours, so that you could do so on Sunday, as planned. At no time was your right to file a complaint denied. The person who attended to you only indicated that they needed to consult with management. The signed complaint was delivered once we returned in the afternoon, as previously communicated by phone. Finally, we want to remind you of our role as intermediaries in matters such as the refund of the deposit. In response to your concern, you were informed that our Legal Department would contact the owner to manage that refund, which does not mean that the process will be affected. We reiterate our apologies for any inconvenience you may have faced during your stay and appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve. With over 30 years serving our clients, one of our main values is commitment and response to the trust placed in us.

Negative experience: It's 5 AM and at APARTCLUB ESTE (SEVILLA) it rains through the kitchen light ceiling, flooding it. Making it unusable, with the risk of the ceiling falling or us getting electrocuted. This problem started in October 2023, just when we signed the contract, and continued until January 2024. HIDDEN DEFECTS that normalize: LIVING WITH LEAKS, MOLD, AND HUMIDITY IS NORMAL, NOTHING HAPPENS. AND MOLD KILLS! They try to fix it with a useless construction for months without being able to shower, cook, or wash because the APPLIANCES GET WET. The electric thermos was dripping and the bathroom flooded with water. We kept windows open in winter to VENTILATE THE MOLD from the ceiling because the rooftop is so affected that the water reaches the garage. We feel scammed and demand the REFUND OF THE FEES OF €726 for renting us a SHACK. We request compensation for damages and/or an apartment in habitable conditions, but they even ignore the emails from the LAWYER. They did not want to provide documentation for their statement or identification of the owner for the REPORT. Raquel Cáceres, Antonio Berlanga Navarrete, M° Angeles, you do not have Customer Service, you all do such a bad job. IT'S A LIE that they offered another studio. When contacting to see it, it was taken. We lost MONEY, TIME, and HEALTH. But our SOCIAL AND LEGAL REPORT is already underway. You rent the ideal apartment for workers in AEROPOLIS (SEVILLA) painting over the defects to charge FEES for 10 months of contract, again and again. Precisely, the MANAGER does not miss a single meeting of the OWNERS' COMMUNITY about the LEAKS of APART CLUB ESTE according to the neighbors. Fully aware of the problem of HIDDEN DEFECTS. We paid a COMMISSION OF €726, a DEPOSIT OF €600 + MONTHLY FEE OF €600 + ADDITIONAL UTILITIES (*And beware of the estimated calculation of the skyrocketing bills). We have paid even having LEAKS, MOLD, AND HUMIDITY IN THE STUDIO. They have not returned a cent for it, nor cared for our safety and physical integrity. We lost our savings with them. A nightmare! But at last, we left that SHACK by terminating the contract before the 6 months due to SEVERE CAUSE IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE. 'L_D_O__S OF WHITE GLOVES'. It's very sad that one needs an apartment to work in Seville and ends up with less than they had. Even sadder that many people know this and do nothing. Greed breaks the sack. This gang knows how to lure and gives a bad reputation to the building. Return what is not yours. HIDDEN DEFECTS can be claimed at any time. Soon I will upload more evidence to social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter...) for everyone to judge for themselves if that is ETHICAL, LEGAL, and PROFESSIONAL. Negative experience: It is literally impossible to contact them. I have sent numerous messages through different rental portals, and I have called repeatedly to the phone number they provide both on Google and in the property listings. If it is already difficult to find an apartment at a reasonable price in Seville, on top of that, if the real estate agency does not pay any attention to you, just forget it. Of course, I am already receiving help from a competing real estate agency that responded to me much faster.

The reason was that they only rented vacation apartments (2-3 months) and I wanted a long-term rental. Negative experience: Beware of the contracts from these people and what they offer you. They always use the excuse of: 'we only have this apartment available.' I was offered this, it was shown to me via video call, and I was made to sign it quickly. I didn't have time to see the sweat on the sofa from all the people who have passed through here. This has never been washed in its life (PHOTOS). The ground floor is full of establishments that close around 2/3 in the morning. You can't get a wink of sleep. Most of these places are shisha lounges, and they burn their coals on the street, causing the smell to waft into the residents' rooms. It's a nauseating smell that permeates the entire apartment. If you have clothes hanging to dry, forget about them smelling good. Terrible. Not to mention the commission the agency takes. You ask for gold but get tin...

Negative experience: One star and because I can't give it less. At the time of the visit (and with another person present) they tell you that you have to pay an extra month for a strange concept that was not asked for before (and they keep the month for themselves). SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT ALIGN WITH CURRENT LEGALITY. I would not trust them again at all. RESPONSE: since it does not allow me to answer you with an even more negative review than the first. You say that you do not want to make a regular housing contract, and that the owner does not want to either, and that is why you can charge real estate fees, right? Well, what one of your 'so clear and transparent workers that you brag about' told us is that the contract is for 11 months and renewable for another 11 up to 5 years. Basically a regular housing contract except for one month. The thing is you are SO CHEAP that you cling to that month to collect a bit more. But in the end, the regular housing contract is the same in practical terms. Because of people like you, it is so difficult for young people to access housing, because you try to squeeze us more and more by holding on to anything you can. Luckily, I found housing thanks to another real estate agency, much more professional and transparent. I'll leave the name here just in case someone finds it useful ;) 'PROXXIMA real estate' Cheers.

I remind you that the apartment you visited with us was not a rental for permanent or habitual housing, as you were informed from the office and later, during the same visit, our commercial advisor clearly and transparently communicated. The owner of that property does not want to make housing contracts under any circumstances, due to their legal defenselessness against possible evictions of tenants declared vulnerable. This is a legitimate and understandable right of the property owners. I must insist on reminding you that my colleague informed you, for the second time, during the visit; clearly and transparently about that situation. Lastly, I inform you that the law legitimizes real estate agencies to charge fees for services provided to clients who request them, as long as it is not a rental of permanent and habitual housing. Negative experience: Publicidad engañosa. Publican pisos que dicen estar disponibles pero cuando llamas, aparte del interrogatorio que te hacen, te das cuenta que es mentira todo. Atencion pesima Respondo a su respuesta sobre esta misma reseña ya que no me dejan publicar otra nueva. Les pregunté por varios pisos no uno solo, y NINGUNO estaba disponible casualmente. Por otro lado, me parece muy buena idea que informen a su departamento jurídico para su correcto tratamiento, asi el resto de clientes podrán ver como se las gastan. Viva la libertad de expresion

Positive experience: Estaba buscando un estudio para una estancia corta en Sevilla. Fui atendido muy amablemente y ellos solicitaron y buscaron rápidamente mis requisitos. Aunque logré conseguir el apartamento en otro lugar, la atención que me prestaron fue perfecta. No estoy seguro de la finalización de los contratos y del desempeño posterior de las uniones de casas, pero el servicio al cliente fue excelente.
