When I went to sign the return of part of the deposit, another very nice guy gave it to me, since Carlos didn't want to face me. As I was about to leave, Carlos came in through the door, introduced himself without greeting me, and when I told him he couldn't look me in the face, he literally kicked me out and was very rude, even threatening me. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all.

Fantastic experience: He estado 6 años como inquilina y siempre me han solucionado todos los problemas con muchísima eficacia. Son unos grandes profesionales! Recomiendo muchísimo esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Encontré un piso mediante un anuncio que publicaron las que fueron mis compañeras de piso (inquilinas). Ellas se encargaron de contactarme, informarme y enseñarme el piso. El contrato lo realizó el que fue mi casero. Una vez firmado el contrato, Concha se presentó en mi domicilio (administradora de esta inmobiliaria) reclamándome el pago de una mensualidad por sus "servicios". Ni siquiera la conocía. Su inmobiliaria no me prestó ningún servicio y aún así quiso cobrarme. Lamentable.

Negative experience: Se olvidaron del día que dejaba el piso de alquiler y tuve que ir con las cajas de la mudanza hasta el local para hacer la entrega de llaves. Me devolvieron la fianza tras más de un más mes de espera con la justificación de que nos fuimos varios inquilinos a la vez.

Negative experience: Muy malos : me dieron una cita para visitar un piso y nunca se presentaron. Incapaces de trabajar con seriedad.
