Negative experience: After two weeks of requesting a visit to a property and being given the runaround, I was told that they wouldn't show me anything without a financial study, that they 'operate that way'. Such requirements should be specified more clearly.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this company. I know that they pressure their clients, they push them, and what is worse, they deceive you by breaching the agreed agreements to later ask for a commission for nothing.

Negative experience: If you want to sell your home: it's likely they will sell it for you; however, very much below what you had in mind and the market price. I have had experience with this agency twice. The first time, I saw one of their ads and, since I recognized the property, I contacted the owners directly to offer the same amount that Tecnocasa was offering, but saving both parties the agency's commission. When I told them the amount, they were in shock, 'that is not what we agreed; and we've already had to lower the price twice'. Apparently, the exclusivity contract was about to expire and the agency had decided to print advertising with a sale price lower than agreed with the owners, hoping they would finally accept the offer. The second experience was this year when I put an apartment of mine on sale, and the harassment was enormous, even though I told them from the beginning that I was not going to work with them in any way. They visited my block every week, asking neighbors to open and calling directly at my door on many occasions, which is terrible, having small children. They called me persistently by phone. And when I blocked the numbers from which they were contacting me, they called me shortly afterwards from a new one. All this while telling them in each call that I didn't want them to call me again and threatening to report them to the police if they didn't leave me alone. Very, very unpleasant. This has not happened to me with any other agency. I will never do any dealings with this company; they are predators (especially from the seller's side).

Negative experience: Desde el 30 de abril intentando contactar con ellos a través de su portal y vía telefónica. Cuando por fin doy con ellos hace dos días me dicen que se pondrán en contacto conmigo para una visita, cosa que jamás sucede. Hoy llamo de nuevo y me dicen que se han tratado de poner en contacto conmigo, cosa que no es verdad porque devuelvo todas las llamadas, y me dicen que el piso en que estoy interesada ya está vendido. Casi 20 días después de ponerme en contacto con ellos y, por supuesto, la perjudicada soy yo.

Negative experience: Muy poco profesionales. Me intentaron cobrar una comisión mayor a lo que indicaban en los papeles. Di una señal y tuve muchos problemas y que insistir mucho para que me la devolvieran tras rechazar mi propuesta. Ni comentar que toman decisiones en nombre de los propietarios sin ellos sepan nada y contrario a sus intereses. Si buscas alguien serio, no lo son. RESPUESTA: Hace falta que suba el documento en que sale la comisión y la cifra que intentaron cobrarme, en la que hay casi 900€ de diferencia? Tanto el asesor financiero como la administrativa me dieron la razón en que era un error pero tuve que firmar aun así. Cuando mi familiar contactó con la propietaria fue una semana después de que mi propuesta estuviese rechazada y ella en ningún momento tuvo constancia de ella. Por último, es MENTIRA que estuviese de vacaciones, fui yo el que tuve que insistir, después de varios días porque nadie atendía el teléfono de la oficina y acudir a otra oficina, tras estar la sucursal de C.Carmona cerrada sin previo aviso. Esperaba una respuesta algo más profesional por vuestra parte y sin tener que mentir.

Antes de ver una vivienda, se explica al comprador los gastos detenidamente justo antes de la visita se vuelve a explicar nuestros honorarios por segunda vez y cuando se hace una propuesta firmamos un documento (por 3 vez) con la cantidad a cobrar por nuestros servicios en el caso que se hiciese efectiva la compraventa. En su caso, hizo una propuesta diferente al precio publicitado, y le explicamos que los vendedores no tienen obligación de aceptar dicha propuesta. Su familiar fue directamente a hablar con la propietaria, declinando directamente su oferta. Al día siguiente le llamamos a usted para devolverle la señal, pero estaba de vacaciones y tras INSISTIR llamándole y escribiéndole durante casi 1 semana, contactamos con su familiar quien entendemos que se puso en contacto con usted. Precisamente, tuvimos que implicar a otros compañeros de otras oficinas para enviarle la documentación y así agilizar el proceso de devolución de la señal que hizo. Sentimos mucho que sus pretensiones económicas no sean acorde con los precios de pisos que tenemos en cartera
