Since then, we have been in continuous contact and she kept informing me about every step of the process, communicating any updates about the apartment and caring about my situation and needs. Negative experience: Two years ago, I contacted them because I was looking for a rental apartment. I found an apartment, and during the visit, I told them that I would give the deposit that afternoon and that I was very interested, so please hold it for me... When I contacted them that same afternoon, they told me that it had already been rented because the money had already been handed over. (I wasted my time) Last November, I got in touch with them again, describing what I was looking for, and they left me on read without any response. I reached out again about a specific apartment I had seen that had been posted for 4 minutes; they told me they would call me. They didn't call, but they did message me on WhatsApp explaining the conditions and that it wasn't ready for viewing yet, and that they would get in touch with me... and to my surprise, it is no longer available. I don’t know why this happens, but they make you waste your time; they rent to whoever suits them.

Negative experience: Be careful, they want you to pay a deposit and present a proposal to the owners without giving you the documents or showing you the contract to which you are supposedly making an offer. NEVER sign or give a deposit or anything without being shown the contracts and having them left with you in advance so that your legal advisors can assess them. Fortunately, I have a good legal team. I recommend seeking independent advice to avoid signing papers that say something different from what you are told verbally.

Negative experience: Lack of professionalism. After agreeing and insisting a lot on confirming the appointment, they leave us hanging 5 minutes before the time. Additionally, they do not respond to the message I sent expressing my discontent, and my mobile is active; I haven't blocked them... Because I have already read different excuses in similar cases. Disrespect for playing with people's time.

Negative experience: We did not have a good experience. During the visit everything went very well, but then when it came time to finalize the agreement there was a lot of lack of communication and clarity on the part of the agency. We lost the house we wanted to rent because of this and there was not even acknowledgment of their poor management.

Negative experience: Terrible real estate agency, with abusive clauses for both the seller and the buyer. They make you sign an exclusivity agreement, which means that even after you have finished the contract with them, they do not allow you to sell your home for a period of 12 months afterwards, whether it is by you or through another agency to clients who visited with them. I do not recommend it at all. In my case, a 6-month contract and they have not managed to sell my home after over 40 families have visited it, where everyone says it is beautiful, all due to their abusive fees. Read the clauses very carefully before signing, and visitors should also read the visit sheets carefully, as surprises may come later.

Negative experience: It doesn't convey any kind of trust... We went to see an apartment that we liked, and with all the hope, we deposited the money to reserve it, and right after paying (over €1000), they told us that the apartment is for sale and that at any moment we might have to leave if it gets sold. At first, they asked us for a lot of paperwork to access the apartment, but then, after discouraging us a bit, they weren't so demanding. In the end, we didn't present the paperwork and they refunded our money. They played with our hopes and money, but fortunately, shortly after, we found an apartment for the same price and better conditions.
