Negative experience: Many people who receive the minimum income complain that this real estate agency does not rent to those who receive this benefit. According to her, she says that this assistance will be taken away. Although I personally find it discriminatory in origin, because if we do not rent for this reason, who tells me that a person who is working cannot become unemployed as well? Just because they receive the minimum income, it does not mean they will not pay. There are even people who submit false paychecks, so 100% certainty is not guaranteed.

On Friday, he found a small slot for us to show the apartment even though at first the agency informed us that they were fully booked and we would have to wait until Monday for the visit. An effort on his part that we greatly appreciated because we decided immediately and on Monday our contract was ready, the appointment with the owner was arranged, and we received the keys at 1 PM. Moreover, the agency is very honest, without hidden traps or unfair fees! Considering that many agencies continue to charge tenants a commission, (even though it is illegal according to current law), this agency respects the law and does not charge additional commissions. Negative experience: They have a red-haired saleswoman who smokes in the common areas of the building where she sells apartments, she doesn't explain well what she is selling, includes items that are not documented which will cause problems for the buyer from the very first moment. Review the deeds carefully before buying. She smoked the cigarette while waiting for another client, then stayed on the roof leaving the door open with insecurity for the other neighbors, I closed the door without knowing she was up there. This shows how deceitful they are. THE REAL ESTATE AGENCY REPORTED THAT SOMETHING I HAVE IN THE DEEDS WAS NOT THERE AND I HAD TO PRESENT IT ON IDEALISTA, THAT'S PLAYING DIRTY, GENTLEMEN!!
