Negative experience: Surprise when I moved into a flat. The fridge doesn’t cool, the oven doesn’t heat, and the washing machine opens the door by itself while washing, flooding the house. We immediately informed the landlord, who has given us instructions such as: 1: You have the fridge set to too high a level, you need to set it from the maximum cold to the minimum. Try that. Logically, our food spoiled. 2: It doesn't cool because the drainage channel for the water is blocked. Try that. The food spoiled. 3: It doesn't cool because the ironing board is stored next to the fridge. Try that. Our food spoiled again. 4: You need to take all the food out of the fridge and leave it unplugged for 24 hours. Try that. Logically, without cold, the food spoiled. We plugged the fridge back in and logically, our food spoiled because it doesn't cool. As for the oven, let me tell you that it only heats the top part, and that only when it wants to because sometimes it doesn’t even do that. The owner says that just because the flat appears in photos with an oven doesn’t mean it works… So, if the flat is advertised with a ceramic hob, can it not work? I feel deceived… The washing machine is very old and sometimes, it opens the door when it has been running for a while, flooding the flat with water. Maybe the owner should state that it has a swimming pool haha. I considered these issues important, and they were brought to the landlord's attention at all times to see if they would be fixed. In view of the fact that he did not, we informed the real estate agency, and they told us to notify the landlord and that they could not do anything. After a month and a half, we managed to have a fridge. The one purchased is the display model, or second-hand or I don’t know, but it's been on for 5 minutes and looks like you see in the photos. Other than that, fine, the flat is nice and bright, it’s a first-floor located in the Santa Justa area, near the mcfit gym.

Negative experience: They enter buildings without anyone's permission. They think their workplace is your home and the common areas of your building, when in reality, these are private properties where they should only go by appointment and at the request of an interested neighbor. They dare to ask you to identify yourself in front of them, refuse to leave, and furthermore, they expect you to treat them with respect when they have a very intrusive and aggressive sales policy. They believe their uniform is authority and that everyone must attend to and receive them, which is not the case. They promote audacity and arrogance, challenging you in your own home. They also demand very sensitive information about your building, information that leaves you exposed to squatters. They don't realize that all information regarding a home is of the utmost privacy and that only the owners of each house can inform about it. For advertising, there are mailboxes, and that's it. They show up at your door in groups of three, lie that a neighbor has let them in, and when proven otherwise, they refuse to leave even if you call the police. They invent assaults when you take them by the arm to get them out of your building, while you are alone in the whole community and surrounded by three lying harassers, and to top it off, they take private data like names from internal documents posted on the private community bulletin board. I would never buy or sell anything with them in my life. Harassment and arrogance, in my block NO.

Negative experience: Awful! I went to make a deposit for a rental and they told me to wait until Monday because they were closing for the weekend, and when I called first thing Monday morning to find out something, they told me that they had already taken the deposit...

Negative experience: They won't stop harassing me by phone, I tell them to stop calling me and they insist, I block their number and they call me from others, you're not going to sell my apartment!!! I will give it to anyone before you!!!

Positive experience: Finalmente todo se resolvió satisfactoriamente pero he de reconocer que hay trámites que tardan demasiado y desesperan. Me devolvieron el resto del fondo de provisión sin problemas.
