Negative experience: Having seen the opinion regarding the real estate agency, there are details that I won't forget, and apparently, you have. To begin with, trying to manage all the documentation of an inheritance incorrectly on your part, apparently without charging a cent (according to you), I had to hire my lawyer's services to resolve all the management that was done incorrectly, meaning lawyer fees + re-payment to the notary + property registration, in total thanks to your good practices, about 2000 euros more. So, in short, shoemaker, stick to your shoes. On the other hand, no one put a gun to our heads, as with lies and various tricks, the true buyer was eventually discovered. Nevertheless, with 17 years in the sector, I find it pitiful that a real estate agency has to use such tricks to sell an apartment. And by the way, the hours of distress and discomfort have been suffered by the heirs who have felt deceived for 2 years. Thanks to your comments, readers of this review will get an idea of your professional level. P.S. I see that apart from the lack of professional secrecy airing our family problems without prior consent, even having finished the verbal agreement for the sale of the apartment, your education leaves much to be desired for being the manager of a real estate agency that has been in the sector for so many years. I remind you that airing personal data such as private life data constitutes crimes and offenses. I remind you that speaking with a minimum of education does not take much effort. I have the freedom to express an opinion on a paid service, or does the court establish that when a service is no longer provided, one cannot speak about it? Conspiracy with the buyer, without informing the sellers. There is a consequent economic, psychological, and time loss for the family. They kept delaying the documents to give the buyer time to carry out her procedures. They have not been clear from the beginning; when they wanted to talk to the manager, they could not, because he never wanted to show his face. Were they scheming something? Fortunately, I have already hired another company and the apartment is rented (in less than two weeks and with several interested clients). In short, it's an embarrassment, you made me lose months of rent promising a service that you do not fulfill.
