Negative experience: My experience was very negative with this real estate agency. It is true that Antonio and a woman there treated me well, but Diego's attitude, who I believe was the boss, was one of the most unpleasant things that has ever happened to me in my life. On one hand, the way they treated me made me feel as if I didn't understand anything. Moreover, I caught them in many lies regarding the other potential buyer that was there, constantly saying they were helping me and trying to make me sign things under the pressure that if I didn't, I would lose the apartment. They wanted me to sign the deposit and the earnest money without any conditions on the mortgage to give 'security' to the seller. They exerted a lot of pressure for me to do so, which is a risk that no one with an average salary should take, and there should be no pressure for it even if it means losing the apartment. My experience has been very unpleasant, and I do not recommend it nor would I repeat it. The process of buying my apartment was a true hell.
