Negative experience: We went to see a property and as my partner María López has already commented in a previous review, the treatment could not have been worse. Right from the morning, the conversation via WhatsApp with the salesperson who attended us was nothing short of dry and unfriendly. In the afternoon, he arrived late for the appointment, without even giving a brief notice, and with an overly casual excuse and reluctance. We pointed this out to him, but his response was that if we didn’t want to see the property, we could leave. And that’s what we did, after feeling insulted for telling him that he had behaved in an arrogant manner (which is clearly not an insult). From that moment on, we got into an argument although at no point did we insult him. At no point did we feel well treated. On the contrary, it seemed that we were the ones arriving late or speaking poorly to him. We will not return and do not recommend.

Negative experience: From the very first moment I had contact with the salesperson Carlos from this real estate agency, his comments and attitude were terrible, even making us lose the desire to see the apartment from the very beginning, to the point of scheduling an appointment to see it, arriving late to the meeting, we had to wait for more than fifteen minutes, we wrote him messages and he didn't even receive them, and after finally arriving, he spoke to us in a very rude manner. After telling him that we found it completely unprofessional, he refused to show us the apartment claiming that we insulted him. Completely bad and disastrous experience, we wasted our time. I do not recommend it at all.

I signed a reservation contract with Sevilla2000 including the clause that if the bank did not grant me the mortgage loan as has happened, my deposit would be refunded. It's all good words and conveniences at the beginning, but the reality turns out to be a deception.
