Negative experience: We are still waiting for Ana to call us... After finding out that the two apartments we wanted to see were already occupied by other people. Bad. Very bad. And Ana, very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: We're foreigners and know a little spanish. We visited many agencies and only Anna answered and helped us. Other agencies didn't even try to help us find an apartment. We made a deposit for the apartment and 3 days before signing the contract, the landlord decided not to rent the apartment to us. Anna found us another apartment on the same day and two days later we signed a contact. Respect you Anna and gracias!

Negative experience: En mi caso han sido unos impresentables, estuve de alquiler una semana y se quedaron la fianza y además me exigieron 400€ por incumplimiento de contrato. Unos aprovechados, no sin trigo limpio.
