Negative experience: Totally inadvisable for both sellers and buyers, unprofessional, they are mere intermediaries, lacking legal knowledge (they don't ask for notes from the registry nor inform about the limitations of the properties they sell), they do not take responsibility for any problems that may arise in the buying and selling process; all they do is a mere commercial task for which they charge a high commission. If you want to sell or buy, I do not recommend this real estate agency unless you also want to hire a lawyer to advise you, which is what we ultimately had to do. That said, they charge the commission and do not refund it even if the sale goes wrong or there are problems.
