Negative experience: Today I visited a property with this agency that my husband and I were both quite interested in. The visit was fine, but when we asked about the agency's conditions, they made it very clear that they do not associate the deposit with the granting of a mortgage. As of today, it seems like a setback because unless you don’t mind losing 10% of the selling price or you have all the money for the purchase, I don’t think anyone would risk losing their money. We liked the house, I have the 10% ready to pay, but I don't want to risk that due to bad luck or chance they won't grant us the mortgage and I lose part of our savings. In response to your comment, you are the only real estate agency that does not relate the deposit to the granting of a mortgage. The owner understandably wants to sell, but in my opinion, this is something you need to improve. Because one thing is for the bank to conduct an assessment and a pre-approval and another very different thing for them to confirm the mortgage. And for that, they need to know even the type of property and area, square meters, etc. I understand that it's your policy and every company does what it thinks is best, but in my opinion, it's a mistake because you are limiting the buyer and therefore the seller will take longer to sell their property.

Negative experience: We have tried a couple of times to arrange to see a property that has been advertised for several months and the agent always tells us that it is either too late, or too early, and that she has to wake up early or she doesn't want to show it on Saturday. We have definitely given up and never saw the property. If I were a seller, I would not choose this real estate agency. Just with their response comment, they demonstrate everything. We live outside and offered to take a workday precisely to come over. 10 am or 5 pm on a Friday being a working day is nothing that cannot be coordinated with family, so do not try to blame it on work-life balance. We are also a family and have a baby. I reiterate what I said before and now even more after your response.

Negative experience: Pésima atención, interesada, poco seria y nada profesional. Pedimos hoja de reclamación y no me la quisieron dar, ni Carlota la señora que nos atendió ni el jefe. Nos fuimos porque no merecía la pena perder más tiempo con ellos, pero en serio, cuidado con esta gente ! No es oro todo lo que reluce. PD: no me deja responder al comentario Así que voy a aclarar que ni en el anuncio , ni en ningún momento se nos comento que estén prohibidos los animales. Preguntamos si sería posible ya que tenemos en mente adoptar y se nos trató horrible. No nos escucharon y nos “echaron” de la inmobiliaria.. Nos devolvieron el dinero porque fue fallo suyo Pero repito! Atención pésima e interesada. Y nos dijeron que no tenían hojas de reclamaciones, que fuéramos otro día! Perdona? Tuve la amabilidad por mi propio bienestar de irme y no perder más tiempo con gentecilla así...
