Fantastic experience: In May, I entered the Cobo Mantecón Real Estate agency at their office on Lealtad street to ask for information about the process of selling a property, and barely 2 months later, the operation is completed. Efficient, clear, they take care of everything with a working methodology that makes selling your property much easier and faster. To this, I must add some outstanding professionals. My experience with them has been very positive, and if I needed to carry out another real estate operation in the future, I would turn to them again.

Negative experience: Lack of respect and professionalism. It turns out that the payment for a reservation (pre-contract deposit), rental insurance, and guarantor... is only taken as 'a show of interest' in which, after being told that everything was oriented towards signing and not informing me that there were other people pending, I am dismissed without considering my profile as a whole. I have lost 2 weeks of my life when in THEIR pre-contract it specifies 5 calendar days. It seems to me that it is a scam how they have managed everything and they take advantage of the legal loophole of Article 1454 of the Civil Code.

Negative experience: Pésimo trato. Hemos ido a ver un piso esta mañana y han colado a otra pareja por amiguismo que finalmente se ha quedado con el piso. No lo recomendamos por falta de profesionalidad.

Negative experience: La agente que nos enseñó el piso, se mostró abierta y simpática, pero la agencia favoreció que otros clientes se adelantasen y reservaran el piso acordando una visita al piso atrasando el resto de visitas. Teniendo que esperar bastante a pesar de estar a la hora concertada. Estamos decepcionados.
