Negative experience: Our experience with this real estate agency was very bad. They made us sign what they call a 'purchase offer' and pay a deposit of 2,000 euros to forward our offer to the seller. Through this 'purchase offer', we committed to proceed with the transaction if the offer or a subsequent counter-offer was accepted by both parties, or to lose the deposit. Well, when we had an accepted counter-offer and were finalizing details of the purchase contract with a deposit, the agency allowed another person to make another slightly higher offer, and the sellers backed out of our transaction. Although we recovered our deposit, the exit from the agreement had no repercussions for either the sellers or the agency. Upon closely reading the 'purchase offer' they make you sign, it is easy to see that it is an ABUSIVE AGREEMENT, as it is not balanced for the involved parties. In fact, in the agreement, the agency does NOT COMMIT TO RESERVING the property once an agreement on the price has been reached, which is precisely the purpose of the deposit you are made to sign and pay. This is undoubtedly an UNFAIR PRACTICE by the agency, justified because 'the market was very hot' and they could not forgo a better offer despite having closed ours.

Negative experience: BE VERY CAREFUL! We left the deposit (€2000) to buy an apartment and they called us days later asking for €15,000 more. Obviously, we did not accept, and they sold the apartment to someone else. Everything managed by Ignacio, the manager. What a disgrace, as if we were trying to buy the apartment at an auction house.

Negative experience: We scheduled a visit to a chalet and Adrián barely said anything, showing an attitude of neglect and indifference at all times. We asked him several questions about the property that he said he would consult, and we are still waiting for a response after several days. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. In fact, we have visited other properties with other agencies and the treatment has been professional (they took the trouble to learn things about the property they are selling). We have wasted our time and interest.

Negative experience: They made us waste time supposedly managing two offers that we made, always advised by them on the price. The result is that they took it away for a little... second attempt, same situation and always the same amounts. We talked to another real estate agency that managed the same properties, and we already have it reserved with a deposit... Very poor management and always chasing the salesperson, who would give you the answer (casually) just when we called. However, he was polite and a good person.

Negative experience: Tras ver un anuncio suyo en un conocido portal inmobiliario, decido visitar un inmueble que publicitan en Maliaño. Para mi sorpresa descubro que nada tienen que ver las fotos con la realidad ya que el piso está hecho polvo, necesita varios arreglos serios y en las fotos está inmaculado. Cuando se lo indico a la comercial que me lo está enseñando me dice que si, que son fotos de hace un año o dos y que mientras ha estado alquilado a una pareja. Los daños de la vivienda tienen pinta de ser fruto de una ocupación o algo así. En fin, me he sentido engañado totalmente. Inmobiliaria poco recomendable.
