And I wonder: why then does an agency charge a full month's commission? Given how things are today, it’s a total abuse, and what was my surprise! The agency's response to a complaint about the 'not received' attention... 'that they charge for their work just like I do.' Yes, gentlemen! Of course, work deserves to be paid, but well-done work, professionalism, a job... It costs me a lot for my bread too, and I'm not going to give my money to someone who dedicated themselves to 'urinating' in the bathroom of the house the owner was showing me at that moment, drinking a spirit from the house's fridge, and only cared that I signed a visit report. You make a complaint to the real estate agency because it can damage its image and what they do is say that people like me do not value their work, excuse me?? I value a job done well, not giving my money away to anyone just because, that’s not how you treat people.
