Negative experience: I called them about an apartment in Callao Salvaje and they told me it looked just like the updated photos. When I went to see it, everything was destroyed and boarded up. They have little scruples when it comes to selling, they lie in the photos, and there's very little seriousness.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia de lo peor. Cuento esto para q otras personas no se vean afectadas como yo. Te enseñan un piso amueblado q t agrada, t manipulan diciéndote q hay otra persona interesada para q no se t adelanten, q firmes y aportes un dinero como para pujar, q hagas una oferta, ya t han atrapado, rápidamente firma de arras. Los vendedores deciden q tú eres menos q ellos y se parapetan en su agente, no puedes acceder a ellos, solo les interesa tu cheque. Mientras ellos arreglan su nuevo piso, te tienes q aguantar y gastarte tú un alquiler hasta q lo dejen. No se t permite verlo una vez deshabitado antes de la firma. Tú crees q t lo van a dejar decente, t lo venden inflado en precio, con cocina y electrodomésticos y más cosas, todas ellas inservibles, dejándote un gasto en retirada de basura y una buena obra, porque t dijeron q hacía 8 años habían hecho obra, otro engaño, fueron 18 años. Ahora nadie se responsabiliza y encima los implicados se molestan por decirles la verdad. Si hay algún problema en el piso t las tienes q arreglar tú. Una vez cogen el cheque desaparecen y t ignoran, creéis q esto es justo? Menos mal q creo en la justicia divina ya q la del hombre hay q temerla.

Fantastic experience: Hemos puesto nuestro piso en alquiler con la comercial de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Águeda Acosta, y todo el proceso ha sido fantástico. Tomaron fotos del piso que fueron geniales y que ayudaron mucho en que el piso se alquilase desde el primer día, todo fue muy rápido, lo cual ha sido de lujo. La comercial además de una gran profesional, es una persona muy agradable. La recomiendo totalmente.

Negative experience: Malísimos a mi me vendieron un piso y el dia anterior desvalijaron el baño para otro piso que tenían en venta, el comercial, un Tal Luciano me dice que la llave la tenía mucha gente, la gerente no se pone al telefono cuando cobran su comisión te dejan colgado, son unos depredadores pura basura, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Negative experience: Es vergonzosa la utilización de la gente que se encuentra sin trabajo. Te hacen entrevista y ni siquiera quedan contigo para decirte si estás o no seleccionado, una falta de seriedad increíble que si la utilizan igual para el cliente no creo que les vaya muy bien. A esta oficina no le auguro demasiado tiempo abierta, cuando esta es la gestión que utilizan con los futuros trabajadores. Sinceramente yo no trabajaría para una empresa de esta categoría moral y con tan poco interés por quien les permite beneficiarse, sus trabajadores.. Al fin y al cabo , no me extraña nada que todos los días realizan entrevistas, ya que nadie acepta este puesto de trabajo con unas condiciones de basura laborales. Durante las entrevistas te piden mil y una características sobre tu personalidad, etc. Algo que ellos no cumplen en absoluto. Por mi parte la considero una empresa exclavizante con un malísimo ambiente de trabajo. Es una pena que este país y este sistema laboral permita este tipo de Empresitas. FALSOS AUTÓNOMOS

Negative experience: después el primer contacto sobre una parcela anunciada, me he ido al urbanismo para obtener la información y he vuelto a ponerme en contacto, el agente asignado no tenía tiempo para atenderme, llamé 3 veces, al que me he tomado molestia de pasar por oficinas. No tenían información sobre la parcela que anunciaban. Me han pasado con un responsable que me prometió la información, eso fue hace 1 mes, sigo esperando, no se informan sobre lo que anuncian, gran perdida de tiempo, falta de respecto hacía mi tiempo invertido, mejor buscar otros profesionales
