Negative experience: We are from Ucrania was waiting on the street with baby for Conchi around a 1 hour, because she was late. The horrible service and fraud! When we decided to rent flat, we send our scan documents and statements from bank to Conchi and after we have infomation that she used our documents in your own interests. Now police will take care about this fraud people. stupidos

Negative experience: We came from Ukraine and hoped to rent a place. We found, looked around, everything was fine. We were ready to make a prepayment for 12 months of rent. They promised to sign a contract but took two weeks. Then they just froze and didn't even respond to messages. Don't send them your documents, they will use them for their own purposes! I do not recommend! Glory to Ukraine!

Apartment in Puerto de la Cruz, owner Loro Parque. When we decided to rent an apartment, we sent our scanned documents and bank statements. Conchi said she would send it to Loro Parque, but SHE DOES NOT!!! We waited 2 weeks and there was no response! Terrible attitude towards customers!

Exposing non-existent apartments. Most reviews are written by the employees of the company to raise the rating. Conchi fue quien nos enseñó el piso, una persona encantadora que nos dio facilidades en todo momento, tanto para la visita como las gestiones posteriores . No podemos estar más contentos con el trato y la atención de todo el equipo.

Negative experience: INFORMALES. Publican un anuncio de un piso en alquiler Zona 3 de Mayo en Santa Cruz, nos ponemos en contacto, y según la comercial, Conchi R. , vamos a ser los primeros en ir a verlo, que no nos preocupemos, pero aun no tienen las llaves (ya empieza mal la cosa, como puedes alquilar algo sin tener las llaves...). Volvemos a ponernos en contacto por teléfono a los dos días con la comercial, Conchi R, y nos dice que después del fin de semana ya tendrán las llaves, posiblemente el lunes. El lunes no nos llaman, y a primera hora de la tarde, desaparecen todos los anuncios tanto en su web como en todos los portales donde estaba publicado el piso. Le hacemos un wasup para saber que ha pasado, lo lee la comercial Conchi R. y no nos contesta... Al día siguiente, insistimos, otro wasup que lo vuelve a leer y nada !!!! ni se molesta... Creo que es de muy mala educación que alguien lea tus mensajes y no diga nada. Tampoco contesta a nuestras llamadas. Lo dicho, unos informales. No se han dignado a decirnos nada.
