Negative experience: I called asking about an apartment right after it was published, they told me that the person in charge was not available and that they would contact me. After 36 hours, no one called me, so I decided to call them, and it turns out the apartment had been sold to someone else. Very little professionalism; if you call, at least they should show you the apartment, and you should have the right to make an offer for it. They didn’t know if I would have offered more money than the person who finally bought it. Furthermore, it seems highly unprofessional and disrespectful that they tell you they'll call you back, forget about you, and in that time sell it to someone else, who knows if they called later than I did. A bunch of incompetents.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia es fatal, ayer visite piso en Pto de la Cruz le dije que me gustaba hoy entregue mi DNI para hacer contrato y entregar dinero esta tarde, en otra cita que tenía a las 18:30 Y me llama la persona de la inmobiliaria que yo estaba en contacto con el, para decirme que lo sentía mucho pero que ya estaba vendido.. ALUCINANTE! Es una falta de respeto hacia el cliente después de haber quedado con ellos para comprar el piso. Esto me ha costado tiempo, molestias y dinero, he estado todo el día hablando con mi banco para provisonar fondos.,para tenerlo todo disponible esta tarde. Han jugado con mi tiempo, mi dinero y mis ilusiones. Lamentable

Negative experience: Pensaba que era una de las mejores inmobiliarias pero les di una propiedad para vender y, como clienta, me he sentido mal atendida, olvidada y un poco estafada ya que el resto de las inmobiliarias han puesto mi propiedad al mismo precio de venta y está inmobiliaria la puso más cara porque ellos dice que cobran el 6% en vez del 5% si te venden la propiedad. Desde luego la oficina del Puerto de la Cruz NO la recomiendo para nada!
