Negative experience: Charging for cleaning when a flat is returned in perfect condition should be illegal. In addition to withholding money from the deposit for other reasons not stipulated in the contract. For clients of any company, remember that cash payments, although they may seem advantageous, later complicate the possibility of recovering it in case of disagreement. Moreover, it opens up the potential for sanctions from tax inspections on both sides, you never know. Be careful, there are many smart ones in this market and it is clear that times are tough.

Negative experience: I suppose the owners will give it 5 stars because they do everything possible for themselves, even if it means trampling on the tenant. We have reported incidents in the house and they have completely ignored the issue. They deliver the apartments dirty without any shame, but expect to receive them clean. Fortunately, I had taken pictures.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. My parents went to visit a house and later I went to see the location. He happened to be there with other clients and noticed my interest. I wasn’t there just to look, I was ready to buy. I arranged to meet him the next day to see the house from the inside. But a little while before, he canceled the appointment and deleted the listing. He was supposed to call me. Obviously, he didn't because he sold the property. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Negative experience: DISAPPOINTING. We rented through this real estate agency and they did not help us at all. The apartment lacked an oven, microwave, and toaster, and we had to buy them ourselves because they were 'luxury items'. Furthermore, when there was a malfunction, they kept delaying and it ultimately went unresolved. There was a cockroach infestation and what Vicky provided was to buy an insecticide. SURREAL. Finally, when our contract ended, she came to inspect the apartment and sent us a bill with the expenses deducted from the deposit, including €100 for cleaning for 2 hours of cleaning, for which we were not given a receipt because they had cleaned 'under the table'.

Negative experience: I urge the management of this agency to improve their work with some real estate agents as they lack professionalism when dealing with tenants, only defending their interests without considering our criteria. There is a lot of affinity between the owner and the agent, and there is much to learn. I won’t mention names as I don’t want to harm anyone; I just wish they would evaluate, train, and think that there are people behind this who strive every day to fulfill their obligations as tenants. It’s a shame that it’s not reciprocated. They need to work hard to achieve their goals. I have been a client of several agencies in Spain, and this one is the worst. Rating: 1. Regards.

Negative experience: WARNING TO FUTURE TENANTS... NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE APARTMENT IS, I WOULD NOT GET INTO THIS HEADACHE. When leaving the apartment, I recommend notifying them on the 30th, since otherwise, they will charge you the full amount for the following month... even if they verbally tell you that they will only charge you for 30 calendar days. In my case, I informed them I was leaving on the 23rd, and when I saw that they charged me the full month, they said they would clarify it again and later told me that they did not charge parts of the month, only the full monthly fee. I left on the 10th (before completing 30 days), but I knew that from the 10th to the 23rd would incur a penalty for notifying early; however, the following week SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED. This meant they kept €180. The best part is that I know they rented the apartment during those 3 weeks that I had paid for but had left the island, and they deny it. Due to data protection laws (even though I requested they redact the new tenant's details), they could not demonstrate it. Also, I should mention that it's preferable for the company to charge for services before leaving the apartment. On the security deposit return document, since the electricity bill had not arrived, they included DOUBLE MY USUAL BILL, which seems to be ANOTHER ABUSE AS I HAD A FIXED RATE CONTRACT, instead of charging me around €40, they charged me over €80. From what I've read in other reviews, this is also a common practice for them. Furthermore, I confirm what I've read in other reviews; they excessively favor the landlord, which makes ANY DETAIL A REAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST. In summary, if I had known how the experience would be, I would have rented my other option since EVERY DEAL OR NEGOTIATION OR PROBLEM IN THE APARTMENT WAS A HEADACHE TO HANDLE WITH THEM... To this day, I am happy with my new company, just as I was during the 10 years I rented apartments in different cities around the world for academic and work reasons.

Negative experience: My experience with them from the buying-selling perspective is that they lean excessively towards the owner and are tough; that is to say, they expect to sell a property in need of renovation in the middle of Tome Cano for €3,000 per square meter and will not budge an inch. If you analyze the real estate market, the highest prices tend to be properties offered by them. Furthermore, when dealing with the salesperson, they didn't attend to calls much nor did they show much interest.

Negative experience: Nuestra intención era comprar un piso con terraza, lo encontraron pero en la redacción de los contratos de arras y luego en finalmente en la notaría se pusieron claramente del lado del vendedor favoreciendolo, dejándonos totalmente desamparados legalmente. Tuvimos que contratar un abogado que revisase y corrigiese el contrato de arras y posteriormente la escritura. No quiero ni saber como serán los contratos de alquiler que formalicen en esta inmobiliaria.

Por cierto desaparecido... Así que a día de hoy sigo ratificandome en mi primer comentario: no son fiables, cuando hay un problema, no te ayudan, tú tienes la culpa del problema... Negative experience: Llevamos desde marzo implorando que nos arreglen la azotea ,que de las humedades se nos ha caído un trozo de techo y han salido humedades por toda la casa, entendimos que con el confinamiento no se podía pero desde hace un mes mas o menos nos mandaron diferentes empresas a hacer presupuestos y así semana tras semana hasta que me dicen que ayer martes comenzaban las obras y resulta que los que vienen venían con la idea de dar solo pintura y tuvieron que irse para preparar otro presupuesto por que la cosa es mas grave....a todo esto nunca nos llaman para informarnos y somos nosotros los que tenemos que estar día tras día llamando y recibiendo largas o que te digan que no están 10 min después que están al teléfono ....que ya nos llamaran y tiene que ser uno mismo quien después de horas logre pillar a conchi en nuestro caso para que me vuelva a dar largas...y así tres meses y algo ,donde pagamos todos los meses sin falta,y donde en ningún momento han tenido ni el detalle de ofrecernos el dejar de pagar por lo menos el tanto por ciento de la zona que no podemos utilizar de la casa.para nada recomendable esta empresa y quien decidallevar sus cosas con ellos nada mas que desearle suerte y paciencia.

Hemos alquilado una propiedad suya, sin intermediarios, y nos cobraron comisión igual, luego de 2 años no devuelven la fianza dando para ello motivos ridículos como que han hecho falta 3 días para limpiar el apartamento que nos alquilaron (apartamento sin amueblar... 3 días!!!?), y además se inventan facturas de luz y agua. Te envían mensajes con importes duplicados pero no te enseñan ninguna factura original. A nosotros no solo no nos devolvieron la fianza sino que nos querían cobrar más todavía. Incluso llegando a llamarnos y enviarnos más de 50 mensajes en pocos minutos, insultarnos por teléfono ... Una total y absoluta falta de respeto y profesionalidad. Nunca me habría esperado esto de nadie. Llevo más de 10 años trabajando con inmobiliarias y nunca ningún problema. Realmente una vergüenza de gestión ... Nunca más.
