Negative experience: I do not recommend it. They are unprofessional.

Negative experience: It is a real estate agency with little professionalism, terrible service, little interest, and little respect for the client. I had already been told about the disaster they are as a company, but I wanted to give them a chance without prejudice; they are scammers, they waste your time, hopes, and money. GREAT SCAM. Poor management, bad practice, poor communication. Just hours before entering the property, they reject me as their tenant with a contracted move, a contracted cleaning service, leaving me on the street. Their response is that I ask too many questions about the house, as if it were just a piece of clothing.

Negative experience: I had to send all my documentation 4 times to 4 different people (understanding that the previous ones had been lost), inaccurate property information with inconsistencies between the salespeople. After all the documentation was accepted and having provided the profile, even receiving a copy of the contract, they rejected the rental 1 day before signing without conclusive explanations. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied with the service received. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Do not contact this real estate agency. They have no basis and do not know what seriousness is. They offer properties and when you go to sign, the owner calls you saying they won't rent it to you. So it's useless at all, be extremely careful!!!
