Additionally, they charge you 3% for showing the house if you buy it. Tecnocasa has many complaints and lawsuits. Be cautious. Common Complaints and Issues Forgery and Misappropriation: In some cases, there have been serious complaints against Tecnocasa agents for misappropriation and forgery of documents. A notable example is of a couple in Barcelona who accused an administrator of signing a purchase contract without their knowledge, resulting in a lawsuit for 24,000 euros by the affected buyers (Metrópoli). Lack of Transparency in Commissions: Several clients have complained about the lack of transparency regarding the commissions charged. Sometimes, buyers are not informed that they have to pay an additional 3% commission until they have already shown interest in a property.
