Negative experience: Not recommended. They don’t provide any follow-up with the client; in my case, many things were advertised but they offer nothing that meets the needs. The owner, a man named Antonio, is a despotic person with no experience in the sector, just like the team. They want to sell for the sake of selling. Not advisable for Salamanca and a disgrace for this city that there are such unprofessional people, they give confusing information to the client. Reviews are meant to inform customers about the good and the bad, not for the online positioning of the company. Learn to treat the customer better, and be professionals; it’s not that difficult.

Negative experience: Laura's attitude is terrible, not pleasant at all! One of the worst in Salamanca! She makes us drive from Madrid to Salamanca, when there are 5 minutes left to reach the house, she told me that she had to cancel the appointment because they cannot wait even 5 minutes, showing such a lack of respect for the client. She makes us lose money and time, therefore, we are giving one star. She doesn't even apologize, and wants to accuse us again through Google. Don’t let her lie to you, this agency is not reliable at all! Never again!
