Negative experience: In the end, after talking with the lawyer and with my wife and family, we are not going to report you, Rocio de Castro Gil, and that's despite having written evidence sufficient to sue you. Rocio de Castro Gil, you showed us a flat and wanted to sell us another one; there is evidence and testimonies of this. You didn't want to compensate or show your face, as people with your profile usually do. You have laughed at my wife's dreams, destroyed the hopes and desires of a couple for free, but I will leave your fate in the hands of life and karma. Keep driving your flashy Volvo and your modern bags; my family wishes to leave it at that, but if it had been up to me, the lawsuit would have been historic. Keep doing what you do, destroying more lives and laughing at the people of Salamanca; karma catches up with us all.

Negative experience: A company with no formality at all. After several weeks of negotiation, they stop responding and do not make things clear. They waste people's time and play with their hopes.

Negative experience: Formality 0. We called to see an apartment at a specific time and were supposed to be sent the location. We never received it. We found the location on our own, but the agent never showed up. So, a complete disaster.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, they don't answer the phone, and a certain Rocio is the worst of the worst. Everything looks nice, but they do not meet deadlines or prices. They waste your time, which is a hassle. Passing them by is not worth it; the real pity is not having read the reviews beforehand.

Negative experience: I can't give them less than 1 star because that's not possible. They market new construction apartments that are never built; they only care about their clients to collect deposits on the properties. When it comes to claiming the money from the builder, all they provide are excuses and lies. In my case, the promotion, which they and the builder have scammed us with, was called Plathina in Huerta Otea. After finding out that they were never going to be built (after already having made our reservations), they had the audacity to meet with us, aside from the affected parties, to tell us that there is a new builder who will take care of the new promotion and that they will be the ones to market it. All of this without batting an eye and without being able to provide us with a solution regarding our invested money. There is zero communication with the affected parties, lies, and more lies. They are complicit in a scam affecting more than 40 families in Salamanca, and nothing is being done about it. I hope no one else makes the mistake of trusting this real estate agency.

Negative experience: They have no formality whatsoever. They kept me misled for two weeks about the apartment we had agreed on. After dragging out the contract, a colleague had to talk to me to tell me that they have rented it to someone else. Zero empathy and zero responsibility. Not recommendable.

Negative experience: If anyone has to go to this real estate agency, please AVOID ROCÍO. Compulsive liar, very unprofessional, laughs at clients in their face. All excuses and blame and mistakes of others, does not keep her word. Terrible experience at this real estate agency after (before and during) the purchase of a home.

Negative experience: Not recommendable at all. They sold me an apartment supposedly free of charges. A year and a half after signing, I received a letter with debts from previous years for the property tax. I have been several times and there has been no solution. 0 recommendable.

Negative experience: The worst management I have ever seen in my life regarding a company. I bought my home from them, and when I discovered that the intercom had its wires torn out and the gas pipe was clogged with chemical plug, they told me to send someone to fix it and that they would send the invoices to Aliseda, that they would take care of it. In the end, I had to do it myself, and Aliseda refused to take responsibility. Now I receive a letter from REGTSA claiming the IBI from years that I am not responsible for, and it all boils down to nice words and no results, as they tell me it is already paid, while REGTSA tells me it is still unpaid.

Negative experience: Not very professional..very dissatisfied with the treatment received and furthermore, after having purchased a property free of charges in front of a notary, I receive a debt of IBI from the previous owner due to REGTSA and they are unable to resolve it. Not recommendable.

Negative experience: In June/July 2021, I bought my first (and only) home through their real estate agency. Well, this year I received a letter from REGTSA asking for the IBI of two years prior to my ownership of the property. My case is not the only one; up to seven other owners in the same building have had the same experience with them. After going to their offices several times to try to clarify what happened, I have only received lies and, on some occasions, some of my neighbors even shouted and were treated poorly by them. Simple notes of the property were requested, which showed no type of burden on it. So, right now, I'm involved in a legal process with the possibility of a lien on my accounts or vehicles due to some fraudsters. The exact opposite of good professionals. Not recommendable. Other real estate agencies have sold more apartments in this block with the same situation and zero problems.

Negative experience: I reserved a home in a promotion they are selling, and after a year and a half of waiting, no one has told us anything yet. You go to the office to request information, they take your details and tell you that the person in charge will call you to give you information, but they never call you. This has happened to me several times. IF YOU ARE GOING TO RESERVE A NEWLY BUILT HOME, DO NOT DO IT.

Negative experience: I am very dissatisfied for having spoken with a worker who identifies herself as Rocío to ask her about a situation regarding a property that supposedly had no charges (signed before a notary) for which they are now claiming two years of unpaid property tax... I have not received the desired response in the form of a solution but rather unreasonable shouting... Very dissatisfied. Not recommendable at all... I feel 3st4f4d4.

Negative experience: My experience has been lamentable, I was attended by a lady named Rocío who didn't care at any moment about the management I wanted to assign her, neither calls nor WhatsApp, she didn't return calls nor answered anything, always me behind her and with no response from her. I would have appreciated if she had at least told me 'I'm not interested in selling your lands'..... but not even that. In short, zero professionalism at least in my case. I have gone to another real estate agency and there's no comparison.
