Negative experience: Avoid. Terrible service. They only care about collecting their 3%. We bought a house and the agent B had no idea about the features. Days before signing at the notary, the notary informed us that the certificate of habitation was expired, having alerted the real estate agency, but they hadn't done the necessary management to solve it. When you pay thousands of euros to the real estate agency, you expect them to know all the paperwork needed for the sale, but that wasn't the case; they had no idea. On the day of the key handover, agent B showed up at the notary without the keys. We had to leave the notary in the middle of the process to pick up the keys. Agent B suggested a prohibited route to get to the real estate agency, and of course, we received a fine. The house turned out to be a dud with a thousand problems that the real estate agency already knew about. We took months to resolve the issues, but once the real estate agency collects their percentage, they don't care what they sell or how they sell it. I would never trust them again. Better go somewhere else.
