Negative experience: Among so many ugly things that I don't know where to start, the service was terrible, the treatment was worse, no empathy at all!! They don't listen to you, nor do they give you the option to speak at all; from the beginning, they tell you 'no', the owner doesn't want to, we don't seek that profile, etc. etc... It is clear that they only look for people with very high salaries, thinking that this will ensure they will make the payment. I have the impression that this real estate agency and the people who work there only care about money... how sad that thought seems to me, so little empathy for people who do not have huge incomes but have the responsibility to pay on time... in short... these people only work with people like themselves... I can't say anything good, I hope and wish this review serves for something to whoever reads it. NOT PROFESSIONALS.

Negative experience: None of their managed apartments accept self-employed individuals. Even providing documentation that proves it, it's just a matter of saying 'I'm self-employed...' and they respond, 'I'm sorry, I understand you, but the owner doesn't want to, etc., etc.' That's how options go with them. We aren't even given the opportunity to present anything.

This is our recent experience: 1.- We suggested to Carlos over the phone to meet to discuss some issues about the draft contract he provided us. 2.- He refuses to meet us in person, forcing us to explain it in a recording which, as expected, does not allow us to express ourselves well - it is not the right medium for this case, but he does not offer us another option - 3.- After that, his only response - also in the recording - was that the signing of the contract scheduled for an hour later was canceled, without allowing us to speak with the owners and without further explanation on his part than 'My instinct tells me you are not trustworthy, and I am not going to waste my time with you.' 4.- Despite our efforts to try to get him to let us explain ourselves, his response is dismissive, arrogant, and intolerant, refusing any possibility of dialogue. If this attitude characterizes a 'trusted' real estate agency, let everyone form their own opinion... A warning to sailors: His professional instinct and manners are disastrous. Not worthy of recommendation.

Negative experience: After confirming the signing of the contract, they are asked for a draft of it. A lawyer reviews the contract and comments that it has formal errors, irregularities, and even illegalities. We ask Carlos García to review these issues and in a crude and arrogant manner, he cancels us, an hour before the signing, after we had made commitments with third parties. In short, they make shoddy contracts, and if they don't manage to deceive you, they send you off in the most low-class way possible.
