Negative experience: Bad, very bad. Ethically and professionally bad. The attention during the visit to the apartment we wanted to rent was fine, standard, unpretentious. After informing them of our situation (looking for a 'preferred' apartment from a city 4 hours away from Pamplona), we visited a suitable apartment. Initially, they were waiting for our confirmation, which happened less than 24 hours after the visit. On our way back to our city (I insist, 4 hours by car from Pamplona), we learned that the apartment had likely been rented out before our visit, as apparently the documentation had already been submitted by the future tenants. When we called to express our obvious dissatisfaction (we want to remind the person responsible that our discomfort is certainly not because the owners chose other clients, but due to the lack of transparency on the part of the agency, despite the salesperson from this real estate agency trying to convince us that we were actually upset about 'missing out on the apartment' two weeks before moving for work from our city 400 km away). Bad, the experience has frankly been bad; it’s comforting to see that, judging by the reviews, we are not the only ones affected. And on top of all this, since we apparently are not bad clients (I forgot to mention that the agency has seemed quite elitist to me, judging by how they referred to us on the phone by our profession, knowing our name), after this disastrous experience, we received a message offering us other rentals from a different agent than the one who assisted us at all times. I usually don’t post bad reviews, but they have caused us several days of great anguish and desperation just for the simple fact of not being harmed and having 'clients on standby' in case the first option failed, and I see this has not been a coincidence or bad luck in our specific case. I consider myself a great professional and demand at least the same level of service that I offer in my work. I wouldn’t recommend it even if the only property for sale or rent in Pamplona were their responsibility.

Negative experience: Very bad real estate agency, I called and they didn’t answer the phone, I sent an email asking for information about an apartment, and they didn’t respond to me. I would never choose them; professionalism is essential.

Fantastic experience: We had a good experience with this real estate agency; on the same day we called, they showed us the apartment and we made the reservation. After that, everything went smoothly and Goretti was very nice to us; she also handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently.

Negative experience: Scum. They have bait apartments at good prices to obtain people's emails and phone numbers: I requested information about an apartment through an app and got nothing, four days later I contacted them again giving them my phone number and still nothing. I found it very suspicious that so many days passed and the advertised apartment was still there. This time I called them directly and they were on the line, I called back and their voicemail was full... So I sent them an email saying that if they didn't call me to visit the apartment, I would be sure it was a bait offer and I would report them to the OCU. Curiously, it took them less than fifteen minutes to call me with a thousand excuses, ten minutes after hanging up, they called me back because I had called from the landline and she didn't know it was me, which confirmed to me that they weren't as busy as they claimed. What a coincidence, today the ad is no longer up. I suspect that those who say they are happy with them are lying or have been taken advantage of without realizing it. My opinion is: scum. Two years later, they are using the same bait apartment again.

Negative experience: I contacted them via WhatsApp through a platform, as it stated that they only provided service that way. I have been waiting for more than 5 days for a response from them, I only asked about the job and the name. I wrote to them again today and it was complete ignorance. I believe that times are not such that people and housing should be played with. If I could talk to the owner, I would already have solvent and responsible tenants without having to give any commission for the work they do.

Negative experience: The scammer from this real estate agency who showed me the apartment and told me it was very quiet must still be laughing after the lies she tricked me with... It's a social housing apartment, with marginal neighbors, right in front of the red square in Rochapea, where the noise doesn't stop either day or night...

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria nada recomendable y mucho menos que os enseñe algo Goretti... He acudido en dos ocasiones a ver un local. La primera en febrero y la segunda a lo largo de esta semana. Se que ha pasado tiempo y que ellas estarán hasta la bola de esperar a la gente pero lo que no me parece ni medio normal es que te diga cosas como "es que no entiendo que tantas cosas tenías que consultar" "a ver qué has hecho o que has dejado de hacer" "es que si tardas tanto nunca lo vas a hacer" No sentí ni una pizca de escucha, ni de empatía ni simpatía. Solo vi una tía que jugaba un papelón de coach aleccionador que no sabía desempeñar. Quizás su misión como inmobiliaria es alquilar el espacio, no entrometerse en los proyectos, estén más o menos definidos. Me encanta el local pero paso de alquilarlo por el simple hecho de no hacerlo con ella ni con su inmobiliaria. Espero que mi experiencia os pueda servir

Negative experience: ATENCIÓN arrendadores, arrendatarios, vendedores y compradores de pisos. Esta agencia es una estafa. Había visto que la mayoría de los comentarios aquí eran malos . Pero no me imaginé lo ciertos que eran. Goretti la que lleva la voz cantante es capaz de gritarte a todo volumen para convencerte de las cosas y no deja hablar, le da igual que tengas 38 años como yo o 72 como mi padre le da igual. Es una mal educada y manipuladora ,manipula al arrendador como al arrendatiara para su máximo beneficio. A mí Como arredatario hann hecho todo lo posible para amargarme la vida No mueven un dedo para facilitar lecturas de contadores al finalizar el contrato.Contrato de recisión sin firmar por la dueña del piso, solo por la agencia, ¿para qué mandarle nada? Ley del mínimo esfuerzo. A la arrendadora, le engañan, podían haber empezado a enseñar el piso una semana antes de que me fuera, y no les dio la gana, y así haberlo tenido alquilado para enero. Pero ¿para qué darse prisa? Más tarde se alquila más dinero para la inmobiliaria. Es de vergüenza que siga el contrato de gas y luz a mi nombre despúes de haber salido hace 10 días ya del piso , dicen que ya lo harán cuando entre el nuevo inquiilino. Todo para hacer menos trabajo, y no pasar el cambio de titular de mí a la dueña y de la dueña al nuevo inquilino. Y mientras tanto alguien en el piso y las cosas a mi nombre ,alucinante. Quieren hacer el mínimo trabajo posible.Tanto en otras agencias como en las eléctricas se tiran de los pelos por que dicen que eso esta mal hecho. A la entrega de llaves se revisa casa si todo está bien se hace cambio de titulares, y se devuelve la fianza, tardaron un semana en dármela desde que entregué las llaves. Lamentable. Y aún tiene Dinero mío para supuestas facturas. Les hacen desconfiar a los dueños de los arrendatarios que yo también soy Arrendador y no se trata así a las personas. Siempre he sido buen pagador de alquiler y por supuesto que cuando me llegue lo que debo del último mes lo pago, pero no, tienen que retener dinero porque no se fían de que lo pague,me tratan de moroso cuando no lo soy. Hay que ser más elegante y mejor persona, porque tu Goretti eres MUY mala persona. . ontadores

Negative experience: Le doy una estrella porque dar 0 no se puede. Una vergüenza. Muy poco prefisionales y jugando con la ilusión de una persona. No la recomiendo para nada. Después de meses buscando vivienda encuentras la ideal le dices que te la quedas reservas incluso haces una reserva superior a lo exigido para que te diga 5 días después que ya esta vendida? Que clase de juego hacen? Una perdida de tiempo absoluta, falta de tacto y profesionalidad. Nada transparente. Ya no es que se la haya quedado otra personas si no el juego que han hecho Con nosotros. Hare las reclamaciones oportunas donde tenga que hacer.

Negative experience: Es la cuarta vez q intento ver un inmueble q anuncian. En las tres primeras, ni contactaron. En la cuarta, he llegado a verlo, tras esperar 20 minutos de retraso, en el portal. Les pasé una oferta, q ni contestaron. Nada. 2 días después, y porque he insistido al ver q han borrado el anuncio, su respuesta es q esta vendido. No se, pero así no. Mala experiencia y perplejidad total. Una pena

Negative experience: Impresentables, han quedado conmigo 2 veces para ver la casa y me han dejado plantado en ambos casos, no vuelvo a llamarles.

Negative experience: Pregunta a la comunidad Cómo inquilino me dejaron en una situación de absoluto desamparo, aunque me ofrecieron un trato para que al final la propietaria se quedase todo el dinero tanto de la fianza como de la garantía adicional aún sin haber causado ningún daño en el piso. Desmontar un mueble no son daños cuando el mueble está perfecto en el trastero pero desmontado. Gracias por hacerme perder 700 euros.
