Negative experience: Outrageous treatment and management. Illegal to the extreme, they made me pay a monthly fee to the real estate agency to be able to apply for a rental (just to pass my phone to the owner, if I didn't pay, they would name me) and to the owner as well (which is illegal). They made sure to create a supposed contract with a validity of one year, which is obviously a lie since, unfortunately, I had very bad luck with the owner, a lady who made my life miserable. And at no time did they comply with the clauses that the contract stated. To make matters worse, I requested a contract termination without breaching any of its points, and they processed everything late (they were caught in summer, and it seems to be a bad time to work), which has affected my deposit return; they don't want to come for the key handover... one thing after another... I will initiate legal action against both. Some scammers who also treat the customer badly and breach contracts (which are also illegal).

Negative experience: I am reposting my review; as I mentioned in the original, I recommend anyone reading this opinion to check the responses that the real estate agency gives to negative reviews. I also invite the agency to respond to the points I outline with facts, rather than false accusations as they did the first time: I have had my property rented through this agency and I would not recommend it under any circumstances for the following reasons: - When problems arise with tenants, they always opt for the solution that is easiest for them, which generally means that the owner of the property has to pay for the expenses. Even when the tenants leave the house dirty, the agency expects the owner to cover the cleaning with the argument that 'it's what is customary'. - When problems arise but the agency knows they will not continue renting the property, they directly wash their hands of the matter. If you insist that the agency do its job and mediate in the conflict, they choose to include the owner and tenants in an email inviting them to find a solution or go to court. - If the agency knows it is done with that property, they don’t even inspect it when the tenants leave, inviting the owner to inspect it and report any issues. - In a furnished property that is going to be rented, the agency does not make a list of the furniture (at least the main ones) that are included at the time of signing the contract, even when they are repeatedly insisted on doing so. I do not know what the treatment with the tenants is like, but I certainly would not recommend this agency to any owner looking to rent out their property.

Negative experience: I called to inquire about an apartment, and as soon as I hung up, they said they had to review the listing and would call me back. I sent an email reiterating that they should call me. Seeing that they didn't call me back, and since I was interested, I called again the next day. They gave me an appointment to see it, but of course, I was no longer the first to see it. While I was waiting in the lobby for the visit, tired of waiting for 15 minutes, I called again, and they told me they would come down to get me. Minutes later, they told me it was already sold. They inspired very little seriousness, to be honest. Responding: I can assure you that this is not out of anger, but just what happened to me; it doesn't matter if I give one or five stars, this is a personal assessment. If I called first, it’s because I was, as they told me they didn’t even know which platform the listing was on, because they were going to upload it and found it strange that it was already posted (that’s what you told me). They said, 'we will review it and call you', so what I expect is for them to call me, and even so, I sent an email minutes later so they wouldn’t forget about me. Since they didn’t call me, I called back the next day, and I went through what I described earlier. Ahh, look, I was the first to announce the apartment at one price, and when I called a little while later, they changed it to a higher price. As I said, a personal assessment, I hope they learn from their mistakes; they should reflect on these evaluations because to err is human, but to correct is wise. Negative experience: I contacted them because they had a duplex that I liked. When we went to see it, the gentleman who showed it to us had no interest or motivation to show it. I asked him some questions that he couldn’t even answer. After making the decision, I wrote to him on WhatsApp and he never replied. I went to the real estate agency, where two girls attended to me, but they also didn’t provide a solution that day. Later, Mr. Jorge wrote to us after we had been to the agency. I sent him the documentation he requested, and we received no response from him. Honestly, I find their service very poor; it seems that they don’t need the money. There are so many people willing and eager to work and provide good service, and it’s a shame that people like him don’t value what they do or put in the effort.

Negative experience: I bought a house from this real estate agency, Jorge sold it to me almost two years ago. We started, the house had no cell certificate and I still don't have it, I wouldn't trust these sellers again, they don't answer calls or anything, plus the seller was his friend and they did whatever they wanted with the house. So I have no choice but to report a house without a cell certificate, it’s worthless. Response to your comment: I don't know how you can say such nonsense, but well, the purchase contract clearly states that the cell certificate was in process and without it they wouldn't give me the mortgage loan, so I don't know how you can deny it, instead of taking responsibility. I paid €120,000, fair market price and appraisal, so don’t come to me with stories now. As for being happy with the purchase, I don't know how you can say that when you know I almost didn’t sign, since you sold me the house with the owner staying another week inside, and that didn’t seem normal at all. I had reason to be distrustful because when I could go to my house, the air conditioning and more things had been removed. I had to go myself to pick up the keys in Pamplona because the owner, knowing she had done wrong, didn't even want to see me so I wouldn't tell her what was missing. So look how happy I am with the house that I don't even live in it, and without a cell certificate it can't be sold or rented out. Great job by your team, indeed; now you can make everything look nice as you want, but it was like this and you all know it, both the boss, Jorge, and the woman who was the owner. Attached is a copy of the contract where the cell certificate issue is clearly stated.

I cannot remain silent and I find it incredibly low that you are liars. Regarding the fact that Iñigo 'recognized everything over the phone', how can you be so vile? Amagoia, you have made quite the show, knowing that you had no excuses and blowing it all out of proportion for something you caused. You know perfectly well that you apologized to him over the phone, but you'd rather look good here and label my husband a liar. Well, no, it is very unfair and it hurts me that you act this way. You spoke with him for almost an hour and on top of that, he sent you EVIDENCE of your ERROR. So stand up and tell the TRUTH. Regarding the invoices, I have emails sent as soon as they are requested, videos and photos of supply records, in addition to those taken on the key handover day. Are you telling me that a tenant leaves cookies and chocolates in a house that is delivered as good as new when they leave? Attack if you know how, work, let the comments from many people respond to this. WARNING! Is it a coincidence that most of the 5-star reviews are their first and only review on Google Maps? First message: What a surprise to see that more people have had issues with the incorrect changes to the account holder's details of the supplies, leaving you as the holder of a contract for a property where you no longer rent, without the appropriate notice, and leaving an outstanding debt that isn’t ours. Negative experience: I’m not convinced... They rushed us through the apartment viewing in 5 minutes. They didn’t want to show us alternatives because that was 'the one that suits you best, trust me.' During the visit, they told us they would clean the bathtub (it had rust) and remove the polystyrene from the windows that the previous tenants had put up, etc. In other words, they told us that all the damage would be fixed, and this did not happen, in addition to handing over the apartment very dirty. During the rental, for any problem, they said we should speak directly with the owner. Anunci never remembers who we are; seriously, in one year of renting, they didn’t help us at all. Luckily, the owners were very kind and helped us with whatever came up. With the real estate agency, you pay their 1000 euros and they disappear. The apartment was in much worse condition than it appeared (plumbing, heating, sockets, furniture). We had no issues with the deposit because that’s a matter for the owners. The contract termination was curious because after 10 months of renting, Anunci wrote to me to sign the next day (I don’t know, they could have given us more notice, right?). And today, 5 months after leaving the apartment, we get a bill for the fixed water fee for 400€, after having assured us that everything was already changed to our name. I called them alarmed, and they told me to message Anunci on WhatsApp. In summary: interested, inaccessible, they provide the minimum and only rush/through WhatsApp, they don’t help either the tenant or the owner; those 5 minutes of the visit cost 1050 euros (the fees).

Negative experience: We arranged to visit a rental apartment in Rochapea with Amagoia. We were convinced by the apartment and the price. We asked advisor Amagoia how she viewed our profile and our income, and she told us that we have a perfect profile (young workers - Engineer and Teacher with a few months old baby) and salaries that are more than sufficient (her exact words). We agreed to give her an answer that same day, and she mentioned that if we ultimately wanted the apartment for rent, she would ask for financial solvency documentation. I wrote her a message that same night to confirm our intention to rent the apartment. There was no response. I called several times over the next few days, both to her mobile (she never answers) and to the office (she always makes excuses not to answer the phone). After a week trying to contact Amagoia, I finally managed to get her to answer the phone (without her knowing it was me calling) and she told me that the apartment was still for rent, that she would send me an email to request that documentation (pay slips, tax declaration, etc.) and that then other advisors would decide if the profile together with the documentation would pass the selection. I thought that was fair, I replied. But that she would CALL US TO KEEP US INFORMED about everything. Ultimately, there was never any request for financial solvency documentation nor a call to inform us of anything at all. A few weeks later, I saw the same apartment advertised again for rent, but this time managed by the owner.... draw your own conclusions.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about the service provided by this real estate agency, because, unlike others, from the very first moment my partner and I were attended to with great willingness and kindness. From my point of view, what particularly caught my attention was not only the speed with which they found us the apartment, but also the personalized search regarding the same, as their priority was to find us a home that perfectly fit our needs (physical characteristics and environment). Another very notable point was the professionalism, help, and advice received. In our particular case, we are a recently emancipated couple and as such inexperienced in this matter, so we had no issues resolving all the doubts and questions that arose at all times. Negative experience: Terrible experience as a landlord. Summary: Don't be fooled by what SLM puts in the contract: when the time comes, they will only advocate for whoever is still useful to them as a real estate agency. Response to the reply: - Indeed, you disrespect me by asking me to calm down and judging whether I have reasons to be angry with you. You do not fail to mistreat the customer as soon as I am no longer useful to you. - You comply with the law... that was expected. That is not where you acted wrongly; I insist: although the tenants breached the contract, you chose not to say a word to them. And when I asked you to mediate since they weren't even responding, you sided with them. It was not about kicking them out (I insist and it's written, the sale would only have taken place on the condition that the new owner respected the contract until its end). You did everything the moment you noticed that I would no longer be your client, but considering that they could continue to be. Development: · I put the property for rent with them, and a few months later I also decided to put it up for sale (with another real estate agency). I did so by guaranteeing the tenants that they would complete their rental contract with the next owner (the law requires it), and I only needed them to allow one visit per month. · Since it was an 11-month rental contract, it was an acceptable plan for both parties. I even offered the tenants payment in exchange for allowing those visits. · The agency, upon realizing that I would no longer be useful to them, labeled the idea as madness and indecency, and expressed their intention to avoid both those visits and that sale until the tenants completed their contract. Pointing out the various breaches of the contract clauses by the tenants was useless; SLM only worked for them. Because yes, by rejecting my option for visits to take place, I explored the idea of canceling their contract based on those breaches (payment delays and undeclared tenants in the contract). But that was only possible because those breaches had indeed occurred on the tenants' part, and SLM cannot deny it. · The tenants allowed only one visit during 8 months, and did not respond to any messages from me for about 7 months in total. The SLM agency did not mediate, because they only worked for one of the two parties. Eventually, they abandoned the flat leaving it like a pigsty. Now they will benefit from the review system, being able to respond without being replied to, and they will disrespect me, as they do with all negative reviews (which says a lot about a company towards its customers). But with some luck, some landlord might read this review in time and avoid these people.
