Negative experience: Unprofessional, zero professionalism, and zero shame. On the 1st of March 2023, I sent a message inquiring about a garage in Iturrama (C/ Pedro l). They called me two days later to schedule a visit today, March 6th, 2023, at 18:00, repeatedly insisting on punctuality. I drove to my partner's workplace to pick her up, and then we went to C/ Pedro l-4 where we had arranged to meet the woman who called me. We parked and had to pay for blue zone parking from 17:45 to 18:15, and they didn't even have the decency to send a simple message to say they wouldn't attend the visit for which they required so much punctuality and attendance. Absolute waste of time, money, and energy. I will never contact them again in my life.

Negative experience: Dejan mucho que desear, NO son profesionales. El mejor consejo que os doy es que no dejéis una vivienda en vuestra propiedad en sus manos. Los contratos los tienen desactualizados con la normativa, no se ajustan a la ley, y la gestión con los propietarios de la vivienda es pésima. Una pena, pero es la realidad (os hablo desde la experiencia) tenía que gestionar yo todo, y el dinero se lo llevaban ellos. Nada de seguridad y ningún respaldo por su parte. Lamentablemente, ojalá tuviera otra opinión, porque quien lo sufrió fui yo. Tengo todos los correos electrónicos que así lo corroboran.
