Negative experience: Super dissatisfied! The worst agency (and the agent, C.) we have ever experienced after so many years of renting in Italy, Australia, canary islands, UK... : paid a lot (1100 euro by cash!!) and helping just at the beginning (the first night) because the flat at Molinar had a lot of problems (mold, humidity, cucarachas...). Be aware of that flat, calle s. T. D. Number 13! It's a nightmare!! And of its landlord!! They are friends passing the responsibility to each other and also trying to cheat us regarding the Wi-Fi fee. They didn't care of many problems of the apartment and we are a family with 2 kids (one was 1yo). Very really NOT recommended!
