She is a very hardworking person who knows how to do things, yet she is also very approachable. We sold my apartment in less than 3 weeks and we had problems with the deed, but she and her colleague Eva got so involved in all the procedures that we were able to sell as planned. They helped me with everything, even after the sale with the payments of capital gains, etc. I'm clear that if I had to sell my house again, it would be with them. Fantastic experience: Delighted with Eva's service, I went there because I needed to renew the rental contract for my house with the tenants. Since it was an old contract, Eva prepared the new contract and the burofax to inform the tenants of the new changes that very morning, and by the same morning, it was all solved. I recommend it 100%.

Fantastic experience: I got in touch with Sheila to rent out my property and look for another house in a different town. We gave ourselves a year to accomplish this, and in just a month and a half I already had my new apartment, and within 3 days I had tenants in my rented house. The change was a success. Negative experience: Tener cuidado! Experiencia pésima Aunque aparenten buenas formas son deshonestos y poco profesionales. Alquilamos un piso que administran durante 3 años. A finales de 2018 estregamos el piso limpio y en buenas condiciones. A pesar de ello se negaron a devolvernos la fianza. Sólo lo han hecho a principios de 2020, después de HABERLOS DEMANDADO Y LLEVADO A JUICIO. Gestionaban un piso de un familiar de uno de los dueños y las empleadas obraron de mala fe para con nosotros. Ejemplo de su mala praxis fue su negativa reiterada a entregarnos las fotos del piso que hicieron durante la entrega de llaves pese a que inicialmente se comprometieron a hacerlo. Esas fotos probaban que entregamos el piso en condiciones adecuadas. Por cierto, he reconocido a sus empleadas entre las personas que dan una valoración muy positiva de la inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Pésima inmobiliaria. Jugaron con nuestras ilusiones. Decidimos iniciar la búsqueda de piso a través de una inmobiliaria para poder tener de esta forma su respaldo por si surgía algún problema. Finalmente tras haber pagado el deposito de la casa, y esperando a la firma del contrato, una semana y media después llamaron para decirnos que el piso no esta disponible y que estábamos sin casa. Preguntando a más gente me di cuenta de la poca formalidad que tienen en su trabajo ya que no somos los únicos a los que los ha pasado. Sinceramente no recomiendo sus servicios.
