Negative experience: They keep your deposit, sell you places as if they were apartments while winking at you, but then they threaten to report you for living there. If something breaks, they won't answer the phone or respond to WhatsApp until you insist a lot, and still, it will take time for the technician to arrive. They are fake and arrogant, and their prices are very high compared to others who aren't trying to take advantage of people.

They are very professional, we didn't have to worry about anything, even though there were a few complications, and they took care of fixing and streamlining it... Fantastic experience: I have dealt with many real estate agencies for work, but the treatment you receive at Gescayon is unmatched: personal, friendly, kind, and honest. It's true that my assessment focuses on Ángel and Diego because they are the ones I have been lucky enough to meet, but I am sure they are all equally good. I think only positive things can be said about both of them; they go out of their way to help others (and also in all the paperwork), always with a smile and the best phrases. They are kind and make an effort to do their job well; it shows that they enjoy it, and that helps. What more? They work as a team and have a cool atmosphere. Moreover, I believe the agency has a pretty good portfolio of properties and knows how to advise you based on your needs while accompanying you through the process. In short, it's definitely worth getting in touch with them if you're looking to buy an apartment or rent. They are the nicest. Tamara and the team took care of solving any little problems that came up, since I spent most of my time outside of Palencia due to work. I left my home in the right hands!!

Negative experience: The truth is that at first it was fairly good, some problem resolution we had, they didn't put much effort into it either, but it ended up getting resolved, and then when it came to the return of the deposit together with the caretakers of the house located in Fuentes de Valdepero, it has been a disaster, to say the least. I would not recommend this real estate agency, much less the house they offer in that town.

Negative experience: Not to recommend even to enemies. Everything sounds nice in words but it’s all excuses at the slightest setback. Very bad experience.

Negative experience: A very rude treatment, a bit discriminatory when it comes to renting an apartment. They treat you differently if you are a foreigner. They do not answer the calls for the apartments they advertise for rent if the customer is not of their interest. Besides, they require you to have a salary of €2000 per month, which the vast majority of citizens in Spain have a minimum wage or maybe a bit more.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been an absolute nightmare. It all started when, through my son, I agreed to rent out a second property located in Palencia. I hired the services of this agency to avoid any kind of problems, and after a short period of time, they managed to find me a candidate after passing their 'filters' and reviewing their 'employment contracts'. Following the agency's recommendation, I agreed to sign a contract with this tenant. That's when my nightmare began, as this candidate who passed all the agency's filters stopped paying three months into the contract and became an 'inkyokupa'. We are approaching six months, and this person has subleased my property to others. I handed the case over to a lawyer to start the eviction process, but upon learning of it, the 'tenant, the one who had passed all the agency's filters,' has vanished from the map, and here I am with my property occupied with no eviction date in sight. After speaking with the person in charge, they have the audacity and lack of humanity to not return the 470 euros they took for 'their disastrous services.' Only out of professional ethics and the economic and psychological harm that my family and I are suffering would that refund be legally justified. To top it off, my lawyer informs me that the aforementioned tenant had already come from a previous eviction, which further increases my outrage at this agency, which I do not recommend due to the entire situation caused and the economic damage that I will incur in recovering my property, apart from the damages caused by the squatters, all while still faithfully paying for water supply.

Negative experience: Demuestran una falta de profesionalidad, de interés y de capacidad de organización muy considerable. No están interesados en lo más mínimo en alquilar pisos, ni siquiera se molestan en enseñarlos, te dan largas, te dicen que te van a llamar y nunca lo hacen. Hay que estar detrás de ellos. Me parece un negocio de escasa credibilidad tanto para propietarios como para arrendadores. Ángel, te puedes quedar con los pisos, ya no hace falta que nos los enseñes.

Negative experience: Son unos sinvergüenzas, le pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner ninguna. Se quedan con parte de la fianza y te la devuelven cuando a ellos les da la gana, siempre tienen alguna queja, no te arreglan lo q se rompe, no tienen formas de decir las cosas, son unos impresentables. No volveré a contar con ellos y bien tmpc voy a hablar d si servicio.

Negative experience: Llevo mas de 1 año con un local alquilado, Asta hay perfecto. Pero durante este año me pase varias veces para si les entraba algun inmueble como local o cochera grande para comprar. Y la sorpresa que en esta semana le entra uno y no se ponen en contacto. Solo les interesa sus propios intereses no lo de sus clientes.
