Fantastic experience: A real estate agency rated 10, and Andrea in particular rated 11 or 12!!! An involvement, a treatment, and an extraordinary closeness. Moreover, a first-class quality in the photographic and audiovisual report. On top of that, Andrea, before doing the report and publishing the ad, decorates the house in an incredible way (she leaves the house like those you can see in any of the best decoration magazines), making the houses cozier and giving you the desire to live there as soon as you see the first photo in the online ad. To top it off, she sold the apartment in record time!!! We had to sell a flat in Oviedo, but since we live outside Asturias, we had planned to talk to all the real estate agencies in the city to try to choose the one that gave us the most confidence. That was the initial idea, but after talking with 5 or 6, I contacted Revive and I didn't need to speak to more, because in a simple phone conversation of just over 5 minutes, I knew it was the right one due to the security, sincerity, and trust that Andrea transmitted to me from the very first moment. Throughout the process, she was always there to answer any message or call I made with any questions I had, and kept us informed of the steps to take once there was a buyer, both regarding paperwork with the Principality (it was a VPO apartment), with our bank (there was a mortgage to cancel), and with the notary. In short, if she already gives you a super close and personal treatment, on top of that, she guides and advises you at every moment you need, and that is something that is greatly appreciated, especially if you don't live in Asturias and have to do all the procedures from a distance. In summary, and to conclude this review, we are super grateful for the work that Andrea in particular has done, and the agency in general, and if my comment helps someone decide to choose this real estate agency when selling a property, I will be glad, because I believe they are the best professionals you can count on in a process of this type, where there is a lot of money at stake, along with doubts and uncertainty.

Let me clarify the reasons for my dissatisfaction: 1- You caused a family member of mine to postpone a trip to show us the apartment because you were going on vacation. We adapted to your circumstances without any issues. 2- We waited for you to return from vacation to rent the apartment, even though we were in a hurry. 3- I traveled from England to sign the contract and pay you the entire annual rent in advance. 4- At the last moment, when I was already in Oviedo, you changed the price and, without giving me the option to accept the new conditions, you said that the apartment was already rented. You not only made me waste time, but I had to insist to contact you, as you were only able to give me the bad news by message. When I finally spoke with you, the first thing you said was that I had started to "beat around the bush." I am sure you will agree with me that this is not professional at all.
