Any issues that arise afterwards have very poor solutions because she has a very bad memory and doesn't remember anything. When she doesn't want to hear the reality and the problems that come from leaving things poorly done, she hangs up the phone. Not a recommendable agency.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this agency. If you are the buying party, make sure everything is given to you in writing and that what is discussed is recorded, since for them, words are easily forgotten and coincidentally, the poor real estate agent has constant memory lapses, and everything that is discussed is never remembered or confirmed that she said anything. An agency that only cares about selling and taking their commission, indifferent to the conditions in which the seller leaves the apartment, since their response to everything is that it is a second-hand apartment and they do not have to worry about how it ends up. The level of negligence is such that on the day of the contract signing, they do not bother to bring the keys to the apartment and instead hand them over through a third party who is unrelated to them. For anyone considering buying with them, it is better to think twice as there are plenty of agencies in Oviedo that surely are not as shameless and unscrupulous.
