Negative experience: Beware of this agency!! A year ago I rented an apartment through them, they charged me a monthly fee of €700 as a commission for the property management. Some time later, I found out that, with the new rental law that was already in effect when I signed the contract, paying this commission was the landlord's responsibility, not the tenant's. I contacted the owner to clarify the situation, and to my surprise, I learned that he had already paid it as well, which he proved to me. So, THE AGENCY CHARGED BOTH OF US THE COMMISSION TWICE, and in the end, after weeks of them stalling, the agency refused to refund me the money, despite initially committing to do so when the landlord pressed them. The final chapter, some time later when I left the apartment, was that, with all their nerve, they claimed that the €700 was charged not for managing the rental contract of the apartment, which the landlord had already paid, but for conducting a 'market study'!!! invented, which I never commissioned, handing me a false invoice for that concept to support it, I couldn't believe such audacity. One cannot trust the word of their director, it is neither a serious nor reliable agency, if they can, they will cheat you, they are a bunch of hustlers. This has been a REAL SCAM. Fortunately, I have everything well documented to take legal action.
