Negative experience: I do not recommend anything... they lack professionalism, seriousness, and legality when it comes to being clear about what they promote, leaving potential buyers waiting for 3 weeks and claiming that they will call for the property visit... when there was no news about the visit scheduling from the Agent and I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, that’s when they suddenly communicate that it has been reserved by someone from Madrid for weeks, despite announcing it until the last moment with a price drop and available until the very last moment on the Agent's social media: Begoña Sánchez, while they were handling the sale through the back door, everything very shady... when you call to file a complaint to the real estate agency (agency director) they act in a haughty and arrogant manner. Hoping that the agency director clarifies the issue, he also provides no explanations about the management nor contacts me... customer service is terrible, unpleasant treatment receiving WhatsApp messages again from the Agent (when I had mentioned that I did not want to continue dealing with her due to her bad manners...) for filing a complaint and commenting that she manages her time as she pleases... that she is self-employed and her own boss. Very bad experience.

I tell her that I am coming from Madrid to Asturias specifically to visit apartments, and she says that the commercial agent who manages it, Paula Quirós, will call me. Two days later, I have not received any kind of call, neither to visit nor to inform me that the property has been reserved. The girl who answers the call, trying to explain the lack of call from her colleague, tells me that she has had many visits and finally that she believes it has been signaled. I am still waiting for the call, very poor communication.

Fantastic experience: On our last day of vacation in Spain, Paula made time for us at the last minute to show us an apartment she had posted just hours before that same day. We decided to buy it on the same day of the visit, and Paula made the process as simple as possible, considering that we live in Switzerland. A girl answered who said she would pass the message to the person in charge of the visits for that apartment and who supposedly would be the one to call me back. They never called me back, and the last time I called, the person who answered said they thought it had been reserved. I'm still waiting for a call and an explanation. Terrible service.

Negative experience: BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY They sold me a house claiming it was in good condition, but it needed to be completely redone!!! Defects everywhere, a well that I was not informed about is overflowing and flooding everything. Mold, the walls were covered with furniture so that the huge cracks couldn’t be seen. Water pouring down in one part of the house. Unfortunately, they managed to sell it to me with their sweet words. Great professionals in lying. And don’t call me asking me to delete this, they already did it before. They do not want to solve the serious problems of the fraudulent sale. I have everything compiled for the lawsuit; both they and the former owners of the house are a bunch of crooks. I hope justice is served. SHAME!!!!!!

I waited some months after my purchase before posting the review so I could review how she helped well after the purchase was made. SHORT VERSION: Inma went above and beyond for me. I was the buyer. She gave extraordinary customer service, she was always available to answer questions, show me things at the flat, she met me at the train station when i arrived to Oviedo. I strongly recommend her and she was not even my agent! Yes, she was that good! She was professional, knowledgable, resourceful, friendly, transparent, available, welcoming and most importantly trustworthy. 10/10! LONG VERSION: I am a US citizen who was making my first international purchase. I did a lot a research and had a lot of questions. Inma was there every step of the way like she was my agent. Inma was so good that I felt comfortable not having a buying agent and I’m pretty particular about things. I do not speak Spanish but Inma was patient and worked with me on translation. She answered all my questions via the Whatsapp and she was available at almost any time. Inma was very friendly and welcoming to me. She even met me at the train station when i arrived to Oviedo. This was all out of the kindness of her heart. In fact, i consider Inma the first friend i made in Oviedo. I fully recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. If you do not speak Spanish, she is not afraid to meet you where you are with translation apps, etc. She went as far as to help me with things months after i owned the property. I purchased around October and still reach out to her today. Inma Ortega Diaz of ReMax Vetusta was GREAT to me and i was the buyer and she was the seller agent. I cannot stress that enough.
