Negative experience: I'm going to start by saying that Nacho, the salesperson who attended us, was a 10. Now, the seriousness of the real estate agency is non-existent and we won't even talk about the seller. We accepted the price they were asking and still they denied us the purchase because the lady refuses to pay them the management fees on top of the agreed price. It's not our problem that she doesn't want to pay it; the apartment was advertised at a certain amount, and I believe we have the right to buy it at that amount. Very little seriousness, gentlemen... VERY LITTLE! And they are re-advertising it for €6,000 more than what it was... Unbelievable. I repeat, the treatment and attention from Nacho is not a 10, but a 1000!!!! But the real estate agency is not worth considering at all.

Por el Covid no pudimos ir al piso que alquilamos y no nos pusieron ninguna solución, ningún reembolso ni ganas de intentar encontrar una propuesta que nos satisficiese a ambas partes. Dejaron de contestar los correos electrónicos y nunca hicieron de mediadores. Unos vagos. 1.000€, que se dice pronto, tirados a la basura. Nunca recomendaría esta inmobiliaria, todo lo contrario.

Negative experience: Una atención telefónica lamentable.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable. Muy mala gestión y asistencia a sus clientes. A la más mínima disputa se lavan las manos y te dejan tirado con los problemas del piso. Una vez reciben su comisión se olvidan de su trabajo y sólo se colocan en posición neutra para seguir recibiendo beneficio económico. Hicimos los trámites a distancia y, aunque en las fotos todo parecía que estaba bien, la realidad es que las fotos eran de hace años y el piso estaba hecho una chapuza. Tuvimos problemas de caldera, aislamiento y humedades en el piso y tanto la casera como la inmobiliaria no daban ninguna solución. No solo eso, sino que la caradura de la casera nos resta de la fianza las humedades que se crean en las paredes debido a que las ventanas no cierran. Este es el principal problema, he revisado las páginas de alquiler y siguen alquilando el mismo piso con las mismas fotos antiguas que me pasaron a mí. Ojo que en la descripción nadie habla de problemas de humedades, aislamiento, fontanería... entras a un piso de alquiler que te dicen que esta bien desde la inmobiliaria, y luego te encuentras un piso con el mobiliario destrozado y las instalaciones de gas y fontanería para el arrastre. Esto habría pasado como anécdota si la inmobiliaria hubiera hecho algo, en vez de decirnos que esas humedades son nuestro problema y que nos apañemos, supongo que ellos ya han hecho su trabajo engañando y cobrando sus comisiones. Si tenéis otra opción, ni dudéis en evitar esta empresa. Espero respuesta con excusas varias como ya han hecho varias veces.

Negative experience: METIROSOS PROFESIONALES EN ESPECIAL EL AGENTE PABLO. Concertamos una visita para ver un piso anunciado ese mismo día nos gustaba el piso y pensábamos hacer una oferta éramos la primera visita según Pablo. Vimos el piso q estaba recién reformado y nos encantaba pero para Pablo era pequeño (3 habitaciones 82 m) según el 90.000 E mucho dinero era un bloque grande y tenía muchos pisos alquilados baratos por lo q teníamos malos vecinos todo eran pegas en definitiva q nos lo pensáramos q no era para nosotros. 15 minutos después de la visita desaparece de la página web para cuando volvemos a hablar con Plablo ya estaba vendido excusas q lo sentía haciéndose el loco. Lamentable en definitiva como persona y como vendedor bueno más q un vendedor un TAHUR
