Negative experience: Compré un piso con okupas. Eso es el resumen de la jugada con venaver. El agente llegó a un pacto con la antigua propietaria, pero se olvidó de contármelo a mí ... Luego me encontré con un piso ocupado una vez que lo pague. Otra cosa, cuidado con el contrato de arras, a mí en el mío ponía que yo (como parte compradora ) reconocía los servicios de venaver y como tal sus honorarios, nombres mal ...(tengo todo guardado en drive, desde mi conversación con el chico de la inmobiliaria hasta los documentos que me envió). Si te toca el mismo agente que a mí, nunca esperes que te llame cuando lo promete porque va a ser mentirá. Yo no recomendaría esta inmobiliaria ni a mi peor enemigo.
