Negative experience: Terrible treatment, awful management, once you sign a contract they just stop caring, or they don't respond, and if they do it's because you write to them already angry. The tone is super unpleasant. They solve nothing. So far, this is the worst real estate agency I have dealt with. I deeply regret signing with them. And I had already been warned about the same thing, but well... it's one to learn from. On top of that, they send staff to fix things who don't care... they left the terrace worse than it was and tell me that waterproofed terraces look like this... oh my god, they have no idea what they are talking about. Look at those wrinkles, the terrace ended up looking like a surf spot...

Positive experience: Son muy amables y siempre intentan ayudar todo lo que pueden, hay que tener en cuenta que la inmobiliaria son meros intermediarios, personalmente tenemos problemas de humedad pero han puesto todos los medios para intentar solucionarlo. (El problema viene de los propietarios que no quieren gastar mucho.)
